• Adaptational Badass: Noted to be the strongest human on Earth before his crippling injury, and is far more creative with his quirks than in canon. He also possesses an affinity for a powerful magical powerset on top of his quirk stockpile.

• Break Them by Talking: Nearly causes All Might to lose the will to fight after revealing that the users of One For All only exist because he allows it, and that their existence has been benefiting him.

• Brought Down to Badass: His near-death battle with All Might has crippled his body beyond repair, and although he is still powerful Dr. Garaki notes that his condition will continue to worsen over the next few decades and he will be unable to use the full potential of his stockpiled quirks.

• Dark Lord on Life Support: His injuries necessitate a life support device that he can only leave for short periods of time.

• Faking the Dead: Barely survives his encounter with All Might by using a quirk that creates a perfect duplicate of his body, the drawback being it places the quirk in the copied body thus consuming it. That corpse was taken by the Council of Seven and incinerated, leading everyone to believe All For One dead.

• Shout-Out:

- His stolen quirk Dead Ringer is based off the Spy Gadget of the same name from Team Fortress 2. All For One even remarks he took it off the duplicated corpse of the "crazed Frenchman" who tried to assassinate him.

• Too Powerful to Live: Planned on killing All Might, since One For All had become strong enough to pose a threat in the future.

Mad scientist, creator of the Nomu, and one of All For One's most trusted allies.—-

• Co-Dragons: With Curator. Kyudai as the scientific mind behind the PLF and Curator as the strategist and coordinator.

• Evil Genius: Able to copy quirks, create Nomu, and nurse All For One back from the brink of death. He's also credited with numerous scientific discoveries before his fall from grace in the scientific community.

All For One's strategist and field leader, as well as the leader of the Eco-Terrorist Organisation W.I.L.D (World's Inhabitants Liberation Division).—-

• Badass Longcoat: Wears a long white longcoat as part of his villain outfit.

• Co-Dragons: With Dr. Garaki, serves as the strategist and coordinator of the PLF.

A mysterious member of the PLF with a powerful Weather Manipulation quirk with severe drawbacks to his body.—-

• Blessed with Suck: Possesses a quirk capable of challenging Star and Stripe as well as the U.S military, but it has the drawback of damaging his cells when used.

• Meaningful Name: Word of God in Chapter 28's authors notes on AO3 states that his name is derived from 苦しむ (Kurushimu), or "to suffer".

• Named by the Adaptation: Nine is never given a name in 'My Hero Academia: Two Heroes'', but is named in the fanfic.

• Person of Mass Destruction: Was able to summon a massive storm with winds over 450mph and spanning 160 miles in diameter over Colorado with the assistance of W.I.L.D member Homonculus.
