Voiced by: Kuniyoshi Itoi
He is Antonov's assistant and associate director of the King Of Fighters tournament his boss is organizing. He was the one who helped scout fighters for Antonov's Official Invitation Team who consist of Sylvie, Mian, and Kukri.
- All There in the Manual: His name first appeared in Kukri's profile whose, according to him, favorite food was pastilla.
- Beleaguered Assistant: While Antonov isn't an outright jerk towards him, Yakov nevertheless tends to get exasperated by his boss' antics. Though it doesn't help that Yakov does irritate him sometimes, like when he comments on his boss' sensitive nature.Antonov: Shut up, associate director.
- Gag Nose: He has a pretty big nose.
- Number Two: To Antonov
Clemence Bellamy
Voiced by: Kazuma Otsu
The news reporter for AMBC. He covers the news during the King of Fighters tournament like your typical news reporter. He's also the one who interviews most of the contestants during KOF XV.
- All There in the Manual: Most of the interviews with XV's contestants can be read on the game's site, as linked above.
- Cringe Comedy: His entire interview with The King of Dinosaurs is definitely this, with him growing steadily more uncomfortable after each response.
- Everyone Has Standards: When Kukri asks him to
cancel his opponents on social media during his Interview, Clemence immediately assures the viewers that he won't do that.Clemence: Don't worry, KOF fans, I won't do anything of the sort! - Intrepid Reporter: Mostly concerning the tournament coverage, not so much in getting involved with the tournament itself.
- Nice Guy: By all accounts, he's very friendly and mild-mannered. Some of the contestants, on the other hand, don't always share this sentiment.
- Plucky Comic Relief: Downplayed. He's not around enough to be an outright Butt-Monkey compared to, say, Joe or Kensou, but most of the time, he's involved in some pretty amusing moments. Especially the cast interviews on KOF XV's website.
Two Antonov fans

Two young fans of Antonov, who express their concerns about their idol when he seemingly sacrifices himself to protect them.
- Canon Name: One of the fans is confirmed to have the name of Misha in XV as shown in the ending of Team G.A.W.
Anastasia
Voiced by: Ayuko Hayashi
The unseen new host of the King of Fighters tournament in KOF XV. She is appointed after Antonov is forced to step down from his position following the disaster in the climax of XIV)
- Meta Twist: Anastasia is the first time in that the host of the tournament is unseen while being identified, when they have almost always been a boss, and the one time they weren't (Rose), she was still a visible character.
- Red Herring: Since the end of XIV left a lot unanswered, the opening cutscene of the game hints that she is the villain or at least working with them. She isn't and is not relevant to the storyline with Re Verse and Otoma=Raga at all.
- Suspiciously Similar Substitute: A possible in-universe version. Anastasia is a Russian-named host who is mostly unknown. Her name starts with "An", very similar to a Gender Flip of Antonov.
- The Voice: Besides narrating the beginning of the story mode she is never seen nor heard from again in XV. Since she never appears on screen, it is not clear if Anastasia really exists in-universe or if she's a character.

The system voice announcers of the current KOF tournaments. Only Maxwell Powers return to the XV tournament.
- Oh, Crap!: Has this reaction to Re Verse.Maxwell: Some kind of monster is attacking us! It's like Verse!
- He also gets worried when the player prepares to fight Omega Rugal. Considering that this is Rugal we're talking about, he has every right to be concerned.
Maxwell: I got a bad feeling about this, just what's gonna happen?! - Put on a Bus: Don Purdy and Bianca Allen are absent in KOF XV, leaving Maxwell Powers as the sole announcer of the game.
