- Enemy Mine: She teamed up temporarily with Ash and his friends so they could stop Sabrina.

Giovanni's daughter.- Buxom Beauty Standard: Loves girls with these.
- Drill Sergeant Nasty: Her boot camps involve siccing her Pokémon on grunts for the entire time in a forest to have them learn survival skills along with several other classified items not mentioned. Only Jessie, James, and Meowth have survived her boot camps each time with their sanity intact.
- Psycho Lesbian: Has the hots for Makoto. Makoto is understandably terrified.

- The idea of mixing certain foods together causes her to go into 'Food Critic Mode'.

- Jessie has caught an Ariados thanks to Berry knocking it out and leaving it where she beat it up.
- They were able to send several dozen Beedrills to Team Rocket HQ to be used or sold.
- They successfully obtained a large chunk of Moon Stone from Mt. Moon
- Team Rocket managed to give AJ's Sandshrew a hard time with their Pokémon.
- James this time obtains a Hitmonlee from his original trainer, corrupting it with a specially-designed Poké Ball. It's implied that the trainer got killed off via Koffing's Smog attack...
- The Bus Came Back: Team Rocket tends to appear at times since their relocation, often managing to get back to Kanto for small things like the Princess Festival and trying to blow up a canyon to collect fossils from. They tend to get taken back to Alola thanks to Bewear coming to pick them up.
- Cassandra Truth: After his first encounter with Noel and her dual guns Arcus Diabolus: Bolverk, Meowth was utterly terrified. Jessie and James didn't believe him until they came within Bolverk's cross hairs themselves.
- Shoo Out the Clowns: When the Rainbow Wing has been exposed to Giovanni, he has Team Rocket relocated to Alola to establish a base there.
- Too Dumb to Live: Jessie in particular, tends to shoot off her mouth even when a dangerous situation is against her and her comrades.

- Dumb Muscle: Billy, because in Kit's words, 'he's an idiot and can't keep his mouth shut'.
- Named After Somebody Famous: Like with Jessie & James, and Cassidy & Butch, they were named after a famous outlaw. In this case, Billy the Kid.
- Only Sane Woman: Kit, as she points out that she's regrettably his partner.
- Red Baron: Billy's the Ultimate Safari Hunter and Kit's the Ultimate Analyst.
- Red Oni, Blue Oni: Billy - Red. Kit - Blue.

Charmander's original selfish owner.- Adaptational Karma: In canon, he ran off crying for his mommy after being burnt and electrocuted. Here, he was also subjected to a Engineered Public Confession and promptly arrested by Officer Jenny afterwards for his crimes. Oh, and Cherry stole his sunglasses.
- Adaptational Villainy: He's worse in this story. According to Nurse Joy, she heard that he even started to take other people's Pokémon as 'prizes' after beating them.
- Engineered Public Confession: What got the brat arrested.

The sexist temporary Gym Leader of Saffron City's Fighting-type Gym. Well, formerly.- Hate Sink: The list goes like this...
- While the true master was on a training journey in Johto, Brick began his crusade by kicking out the female members because he thought they ruined the gym.
- He and his cronies destroyed a Bunnery's (Honey's) home just for training ground.
- Brick also cheated in his first match with Ash and Makoto by using a hidden Ekans who paralyzed Pikachu and Honey using Glare.
- Hypocrite: When he lost in his rematch, he had to gall to call the two opponents cheaters despite cheating himself!
- Laser-Guided Karma: He loses his rematch when Gengar and Izayoi put a stop to his cheating method, and Honey got her revenge by using Attract on Crabominable. Plus, when his master returned, his cowering cronies confessed to his misdeeds and as a result, the musclehead gets banished from the dojo, his title, belt, and standing revoked!

A Pokémon Trainer who believes only in power.- Jerk with a Heart of Jerk: Let's see... he tied his Rufflet to a tree and left it for a few months there, then abandoned it after he came back to see if it broke the rope and trained on its own. Then later on, he not only interrupts a practice Battle between Charmander and Soren, but leaves them both damaged enough with his Incineroar to need immediate medical attention. And he wants to find Ho-Oh to kill it.

- Warrior Therapist: One of Aoiro's best Pokémon in combat and is a therapist. Has the skills for the latter considering most of the grunts were traumatized after Karai's 'boot camp' sessions.

- Darker and Edgier: After being force-fed 100 Rare Candies, its appearance looked even more terrifying compared to the original Gyarados.

- The Dreaded: Her entire party can be considered this to any Trainer that faces her. Gary was overwhelmed by the two she used on him in their Gym Battle.

A Delphox that knows telepathy and is Kira's Starter- Barrier Maiden: Knows Reflect and Protect in order to defend herself against attacks.
- Beware the Nice Ones: She may be the nicest Pokémon in all of Team Rocket, she's also Kira's Pokémon. She can even choke a Dark-Type with a Psychic-Type attack by using the psychic energies on the air itself to strangle Cross's Incineroar. In her battle against Ash, she was able to take down Pikachu and Charizard one after another
- Nice Girl: The nicest Pokémon in all of Team Rocket, even getting souveniers for even the lowest grunts in Team Rocket when going on a trip. Everyone can't understand how such a nice Pokémon is the Starter for Kira.
- Odd Friendship: Has one with Meowth, even getting him a specific kind of gift.

A Pokémon made from cloning, utilizing Mew's fur and Blaine's donated skin.- Because You Were Nice to Me: The reason Mr. Fuji was spared death unlike his anime counterpart was because he actually treated Mewtwo with kindness after he awoke instead of congratulating with the other scientists. Mewtwo simple erased his memories and left him in Lavender Town to become the kind old caretaker of the Pokemon Tower.
- Dark and Troubled Past: As revealed by Blaine, Mewtwo is the only survivor of a series of cloning experiments that saw the demise of clones of Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, and two humans named Amber and Mu. Unlike canon, he was able to keep his memories of them all because MuTwo survived up until Mewtwo fully stabilized.
- The Dreaded: La and Takeru have dealt with Mewtwo before. Not the one of this universe, but of Takeru's.
- Where I Was Born and Razed: After leaving Team Rocket, he returns to the island where he awoke and destroyed.
