Celebi Quest Characters

    Taube Alcantara

Guiding Star Taube

Solaris's father, and the original keeper of the shrine of Arceus. His and his wife's deaths were what caused Solaris to form Team Meteor.
  • Generation Xerox: He has both a Garchomp and Chatot on his team, the Signature Mon of his son Solaris and his grandson Taka respectively in the present day. He's also a Normal-type expert (half his team are Normal Pokémon), something that El would later take after him in (even though the two aren't directly related).
  • Nice Guy: He's easily one of the most pleasant people in the story, and welcomes both you and Taka (or El) without any hesitation.

    Elena Molinar

Skyspectre Elena

Corey's wife, Heather's mother, and a former member of the Elite Four before her Death by Childbirth thanks to Sirius.
  • Death by Childbirth: Sirius poisoned her IV bag just after Heather was born.
  • Giant Flyer: Her specialty beside Ghost-types is Flying types — something Heather inherited from her.
  • Seen It All: After briefly stealing your Trainer ID Card, she believes without much ado that you're the future Champion, saying she's "seen weirder".
  • Soul Power: She's a Ghost-type specialist.

    The Future Champion (SPOILERS!)

Reborn Champion Shelly

The former Bug-type leader of the Reborn region, who became the League Champion during the Celebi mission, while the Player Character was away traveling through time.
  • Badass Bookworm: She protests that she's not the region's Professor — her credentials aren't coming in till next year.
  • Big Creepy-Crawlies: Still her specialty — half of her team's still part Bug-type.
  • Future Badass: From the third official gym match you had to the League Champion!

Other Characters

    Flora Grevillea

Axis High Senior Flora

An Axis High student from the Aevium Region, who's visiting Reborn to learn more about the PULSE machines.
  • Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: She acts cheery and sweet, but it's a facade and nothing more.
  • The Computer Is a Cheating Bastard: She uses an Aevian Mismagius, a Grass/Ghost type from Pokémon Rejuvenation that is not native to Reborn.
  • Green Thumb: She's a Grass specialist.
  • Jerkass: She regularly insults and belittles people, even if they're trying to be nice to her like Laura, and regardless of age (she insulted Heather's choice of words and age when they met), blackmails Eve and you into helping her with finding out more about the PULSE machines, and tries to force you into telling her more when you hesitate to tell her about the PULSE-Abra in the Champion's room. Literally everyone who meets her during her quest comments on how unpleasant she is. Heck, the Player Character gets dialogue options indicating they don't like her, and they're practically a Heroic Mime!
  • The Load: She forces the player to get her to the Champion's Room, because that's where the only remaining living PULSE Pokémon is. However, in order to get there, you have to take on the Elite 4 again. Simple, right? Wrong. Since Anna's out of commission in both routes, the Elite 4 now consists of Heather (Flying/Poison), Laura (Grass/Fairy), Elias (Normal/Dragon) and Bennett (Bug/Fire). Because you have Flora with you, you take them on in Doubles, but you're only allowed to use three Pokemon each. Flora's type is Grass, which is either weak to or neutral against three of the Elite Four. It's a very tough gauntlet.
  • My God, You Are Serious!: When she realizes that yes, El does think you're a avatar of Arceus.

    Shiv

Dreamer Shiv

A character from the game Pokémon Desolation, who appears in the Reborn region under mysterious circumstances, and helps you during the Darkrai quest.
  • Hopeless Boss Fight: Your first battle with him is pretty much impossible — every single one of your Pokémon has been set to level 1, and his are all at 130. Without a team more or less custom-built to counteract this, and maybe even then, you're basically screwed. However, winning the fight isn't necessary — the quest continues whether you win or not.
  • Signature Mon: His Aipom, which has far more HP than is normally possible.
  • The Trickster: He spends most of the Darkrai quest fucking with you, pretending to let you off, and then fucking with you again for his own kicks.
