The cast as they appear in New Home. Not all tropes as in the show apply.
Steven and Peridot
Steven Universe
- Fish out of Water: Steven quickly learned how out of place he is among the crew of Yellow's ship.
Peridot
- Stranger in a Familiar Land: Her time on Earth really has changed her, and she takes notice of this when another Peridot points out her odd behavior... not helped by her threatening to rip off that Peridot's limb enhancers.
The Diamond Authority
In General
- Elemental Powers: Each Diamond has total control over an element, to a point that at least White and Yellow are shown to be able to transform their Hard Light bodies into their respective elements.
- Statuesque Stunner: All of them practically tower over Steven, though not to the extent as their canon counterparts in the series.
- The Older Immortal: They are this to Gemkind as a whole, and White Diamond is the eldest of them all.
Blue Diamond
Yellow Diamond
- Rebellious Princess
- Playing with Fire
- Pragmatic Villainy:
- Oh, Crap!: Her reaction at seeing a Corrupt Gem aboard the ship.
White Diamond
- Anime Hair
- Cheshire Cat Grin: Almost permanently.
- Even Evil Has Loved Ones : She does care about the other Diamonds.
- Hartman Hips
- No-Nonsense Nemesis: Word of God and Chapter 5 Part 21 (by White Diamond) highlight that in the "main" continuity of New Home, she wouldn't even bother to joke with "Rose Quartz". She'd just go straight for the shattering.
- No Social Skills: At least, no social filters of conduct beyond her own whims.
- Shock and Awe
- Time Abyss: Word of God implies this of her, even compared to the other two.
