One of the founders of the Central Department, responsible for most of the paperwork. She maintains a caring and gentle personality towards everyone, leaving no room to doubt that she cares for the good of all—even if it comes at her own expense.

She is only obtainable by progressing in her focus chapter, Ark of the Masquerade.

• Affectionate Nickname: Rin calls her "Neva".
• The Big Damn Kiss: In Ark of the Masquerade, Antoneva wakes up after the Commander cures her of Mortification. She mischievously asks them why they tried so hard to save her; the Commander says it's because everyone cares for her, though she sees through it and asks them to answer correctly, repeating her question until the Commander admits it's because she's important to them—and then she kisses them mid-sentence.
• Big Good: Of the seven leading Wielders of the Department, she has the biggest drive to save the world and protect the people, effectively being the head of the Wielders even more than Hiro.
• Chronic Hero Syndrome:
  • No matter what route she's in, she'll risk her life fighting to protect everyone besides herself. This is often why she ends up dying in every route you go through.
  • During Ark of the Masquerade, you encounter her young self roaming the city (which is how she finds you) sheltering some other students during the Black Gate Event, despite lacking any way to protect herself from the invading monsters. When she goes to stop some monsters from breaking into the shelter despite the risk, and the Commander asks her why she's going so far with this, she tells the Commander that this is because she Hates Being Alone.
• Developers' Desired Date: To an extent greater than Ann, she is the only Wielder to have made a blatantly romantic advance on the Commander in the main storyline, where she kisses them on the lips after they cure her of Mortification.
• Hammerspace: As part of her power to cross spacetime, she can create a pocket dimension where she can store a lot of things at vast quantities. So far, she's kept a couple stacks of books, the flying battleship-sized Leviathan itself, and Anka taking refuge during the events of Key to the Box.
• Handicapped Badass: After an incident during which she had to take down a Mortified Wielder, which was Rin, she permanently lost the use of her legs, stopping her from driving cars like she used to, and restricting her to sitting on her hovering artifact or using a wheelchair if she can't use her powers. This doesn't stop from being a well-known powerhouse in the game's story, let alone a leader of the Department.
• Hates Being Alone: Her Secretly Selfish reason for why she keeps saving people at cost to herself. It's likely why her profile dislikes list "interpersonal communication" and "cell phones", since seeing and hearing someone on a screen inside a room, alone, possibly surrounded by lifeless stacks of office papers is different from being there alongside your loved ones.
• Mundane Utility: Because of her disabled legs, she seats herself on the Ark, which acts like a very convenient wheelchair that she can move independently by her own will and hovers. She also uses her Hammerspace powers to store some books.
• The Needs of the Many: It's no secret that she'd care for the many over herself. Or to be exact, however agonized she may feel about it, she'll sacrifice the few—the Wielders and the Commander—if necessary to stop the Black Gate and save the world.
• Space Master: Her power allows her to manipulate and navigate dimensional boundaries, including the use of Hammerspaces, Teleportation, launch an Energy Ball that explodes into a black field that slows those caught in it, briefly stop time (although her Ultimate's name describes it as banishing the target to Another Dimension) in an area, and even call upon other Antonevas from other timelines. That last part is how she's capable of interfering with the time loop itself, causing Essolin to modify the loop to ensure Antoneva dies before she could think to use it in every timeline.
• Story-Breaker Power: Her power lets her manipulate dimensions, which naturally includes time; had she and the Commander kept their memories of the cycles, she certainly would've been able to do something about it. Essolin twisted causality to ensure Antoneva's death for this reason, and her fears were proven right during Mirrored Image of the Transient World, where she and the alternate Antoneva manipulated causality to free the Commander from the cycle.
• Surprisingly Normal Backstory: As revealed in Ark of the Masquerade, this powerful Wielder and founder of the Central Department was once an ordinary literature student who worked as a taxi driver and dreamed of travelling the world.
• Time Stands Still: Her Ultimate Skill, Exile to Another World, lets her briefly stop time in a large circle; this not only affects enemies (who will be damaged by an ensuing explosion) but also teammates. A practical application of this is to avoid an attack you can't stave off otherwise, or giving yourself breathing room for even a moment.
• Too Good for This Sinful Earth: She's an awfully kind woman and is an undisputed heroine in every timeline. However, you'll soon find out that every timeline somehow results in her death, whether because she exhausts herself fighting or circumstances make sure she meets an early grave even before the cycle's end. Essolin made the cycle this way to keep Antoneva from using her powers to modify it.
• Utopia Justifies the Means: This trait of hers is hinted at when she exposits to the Commander in a text about the Seven Wielders of the Central Department, where one of them, the anonymous Son of Darkness, handles black operations. She makes no effort to hide the Department's implied shadiness of employing such a person. Then at some point during the default Box Garden route, after Hiro leaves the Central Department, Antoneva confesses to the Commander that Hiro was right to accuse her of being a "cold-hearted bastard"; she let the Commander join the Department despite knowing that them using their powers costs their life. And if it came down to choosing between closing the Black Gate by sacrificing the Commander and letting all Wielders die from an ensuing lack of Thauma, or letting the Gate stay while the rest of the world is doomed, she'd choose the world.
• Weaponized Teleportation: Her first Active Skill, Teleport, has her blink to your designated spot and cause a damaging explosion. Doing so leaves behind a portal on the ground where she warped from; activating the skill again within six seconds lets her teleport back and cause another explosion.
• Workaholic: She's often doing paperwork and other related duties well into the night, enough for there to be rumors of a ghost appearing in the Central Department archives in Ark of the Masquerade (though it's later revealed it's just an Antoneva our cycle's Antoneva asked help from). Even her birthday story has her busying herself with work.
