Yuki Machida
- Buxom Beauty Standard: She became Shou's Lust Object when he accidentally groped her and discovered she had a buxom figure under her gym clothes.
- Deadpan Snarker: Whenever Sho says something unreasonable or harassing, Yuki often reacts with sarcasm.
- Deer in the Headlights: When Hakamada catches her off-guard and kisses her.
- Dude Magnet: Yuki attracts the attention of Sho at the start and, despite entering in a relationship with him, Shizuka and Suwa later fall for her despite knowing that she has a boyfriend.
- Eating the Eye Candy: Blushes and becomes very interested when she sees Naruse wearing yukata.
- Emotionless Girl: Yuki masks her feelings after years of experience in being flexible and easygoing towards her younger siblings.
- Hidden Buxom: The art doesn't show it much as she wears baggy clothing, but Sho attests that Yuki actually has a nicely-sized pair.
- I Want My Beloved to Be Happy: Yuki never meddles with Kido and Rina's relationship and makes sure they stay together because if Kido is happy, she is happy too.
- Luminescent Blush: Multiple times when Sho manages to get through her shell. Also when she sees him in yukata.
- No Hero to His Valet: Sho is capable of listing all of Yuki's flaws at the drop of the hat - even to the point of predicting that she will have dug up garbage cans while searching for a club book. This contrasts Shizuka, who idolizes her, and shows that Sho actually knows Yuki well enough to truly love her as opposed to shallow infatuation. Fact that it happens in Chapter 4 is an early clue of both how observant Sho is and how much he cares for Yuki.
- Sugar-and-Ice Personality: Very stoic most of the time, but can also get very angry, annoyed or flustered at the drop of the hat. Especially when it concerns Naruse.
- The Stoic: Very stoic - almost too much, as it causes her problems with showing her emotions and also responding to other people's emotions. Due to this, all or almost all development in relationship/romance area come from Shou's side. There were even occasions when she hurt him without noticing, but - as again she notes - Sho is always the one to pick up the pieces and fix their relationship.
- The Workaholic: She is very dedicated, driven and reliable. So much so that it becomes a problem in her relationship with Shou, as she sacrifices her personal life (as well as happiness and even health) for sake of her duties as manager. Sho is naturally peeved.
Sho Naruse
- Academic Athlete: He is a very good basketball player, but is also smart, has good grades, and even helps Yuki with studying.
- Chivalrous Pervert: Has no problem with groping Yuki or doing a lot of other sexually-charged things to make her blush, but he will stop if he notices she has grown too uncomfortable with it.
- Cuddle Bug: He absolutely likes to cuddle with Yuki.
- Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Likes to act as an uncaring jerkass and is blunt and direct to point of cruelty, but he also does his best to help his friends and will do anything for Yuki. She is entirely correct when she concludes that their current relationship is mostly due to his efforts.
- Ladykiller in Love: Has a harem of girls obsessing over him, but he is faithful to Yuki.
- Lovable Sex Maniac: Sho often asks Yuki what color panties she's wearing or makes comments about her breasts out of the blue. The fact that he's so nonchalant about it irritates her to no end, and sometimes this behavior stands in as a Moment Killer. Sho's official profile also says that he finds breasts more appealing than butts.
- Luminescent Blush: Much more rare than Yuki, but it does happen.
- No Hero to His Valet: He has a lot of fangirls idolizing him. Yuki on the other hand is *very* familiar with all of Sho's flaws, but she accepts them.
- Team Dad: Becomes one after becoming captain of high school club. He accepted it
because Yuki called the team "her treasure", but then it became his treasure as well. - The Stoic: Very little fazes him, and he will say completely outrageous things with a blank look on his face.
