A mail carrier working for the Illumina Federation, yet she's not a member. She only provides it postal services, and is a total slacker without a shred of professional pride, willing to go to any length to put off or get out of work.
- Animal Motifs: Doves. Her name is Dove and doves can be seen in her artwork.
- Lazy Bum: Her description outright states that all she does is slack off and even actively tries to get off work.
- Verbal Tic: Coo... She'll pepper her words with these just like her namesake, coo coo.
Eho
Traveling through Lumopolis, this... courier seems to be a member of the Courier Union, but everyone just assumes her a local mail carrier in Lumopolis. A thorough workaholic, she cannot fall asleep until she's completed all assignments on hand...
- All of the Other Reindeer: Her parents abandoned her for her strange looks, and was ostracized by all of her neighbors (minus her grandpa, who raised her in place of her parents). It wasn't until she was taken in by the Courier Union that she was able to fit in (though that's not saying much, seeing as how the Union's members rarely interact with each other between jobs).
- Animal Motifs: Crows. She was born with winged arms, has a crow as a companion, and makes uncontrollable cawing sounds.
- Parental Abandonment: Was abandoned by her parents for "looking strange", though it is not specified what about her was strange to them.
- Raised by Grandparents: After getting abandoned by her parents, Eho was taken in by her grandpa, who she claims was the only one willing to raise someone as weird as her. He had to eventually give her up to the Courier Union due to the neighbors' continuous attempts to exile her.
Pepi
A member of the Courier Union who is responsible for correspondence with the True Order. She is careless, sloppy, makes a lot of unnecessary noise, and lacks a sense of responsibility, but everyone tolerates her shortcoming because she is forthright and has nothing to hide.
Wendy
A member of the Courier Union who is responsible for the Rediesel Wrench area. She is confident, cute, brave, and dares to accept challenges. She likes to mess around while delivering letters and is a cute little ruffian.

With her crazy laugh and fondness for playing lethal games with others, it's no surprise that she's given a wide berth. Those disturbing traits in her were more or less the result of her own schizophrenia. There seems to be a sad story behind it all...
- Animal Motif: Spiders. She uses robotic spider legs to move around, along with her Equipment's name being called Black Spider's Heart.
- Ax-Crazy: Dear god, this woman makes the Eclipsites look sane by comparison.
- Combat Sadomasochist: She gets off on torturing her victims. Her active skill, Procession of Doom, actually does more damage the LESS HP enemies have.
- Split Personality: She has this between herself, and another one called Baba Yaga.
The Silent Hunters
Legendary Aurorians of ages long past, about whom little is known except that they are enemies of the Eclipsites.They are available through a unique recruitment known as the Old Seal after clearing Stage 7-14.

- A Day in the Limelight: The event A Thousand-Year Vigil finally sheds light on their origin story, back when they were still known by their original names.
- Olympus Mons: Incredibly special six-star Aurorians only obtainable through a grueling and time-consuming five-step process unlocked after clearing Chapter 7; when unlocked, they are already at Ascension 3.
- Only Known by Their Nickname: Every one of them is called by a title they received once they became the Silent Hunters, and their original names have been nearly forgotten. Although those names can be found deeper in their character files.

Banished ancient hero. Transformed due to hatred for Eclipsites. Once a ferocious savage, but has regained calm and positive personality.
- A Day in the Limelight: Although A Thousand-Year Vigil is an event featuring all the Silent Hunters, it's more focused on Regal, back when he was known as the hero Adras.
- The Lost Lenore: He joined the Silent Hunters project because the Eclipsites killed his companion, who is stated to be the most important woman in his life. His file stated that if she hadn't died, they would have been a match made in heaven envied by all. She is the woman that's floating above him in his CG.
Frostfire
Banished ancient hero. Transformed and gained great power, but caused a disaster from not being able to control it, and still wallows in guilt to this day.
Mythos
Banished ancient hero. Lost most of her emotions after getting transformed. Allegedly abandoned by the state she served after completing a mission.
Requiem
Banished ancient hero. Fighting Eclipsites at the frontline since childhood. A willful motormouth. Transformed but kept innocence.
