As a series making tribute to Ultraman Dyna, Ultraman Decker does not disappoint in the action department, letting everyone get engaged in very stellar battles per tradition of the Ultra Series.

Episode 1: The Day of the Attack
  • First off we have the Spheres' near-complete takeover of Earth and the Mars colony, without much warning the aliens descend upon humanity and quickly subdue the colony and cut off communication then launch an all-out attack around the world in which they successfully defeat most, if not all, resistance against them.
  • Our protagonist, Kanata Asumi, might not be a trained soldier and starts out as a simple rice cracker worker but when push comes to shove with the Spheres' attack he does not hesitate to be a hero even with his life put in danger by his acts.
    • His first heroic act is to try and save a woman trapped underneath rubble, he can't actually lift the rubble off her on his own but succeeds when the TPU members; Ryumon, Ichika and Captain Taiji come to help him
    • He then grabs a rifle to defend the TPU members and start firing at the invaders, it almost leads to his death but his efforts are admirable regardless.

    Episode 3: Move Out, GUTS-Select!
  • Our new GUTS-Select team shows they are competent and professional. They are able to blow off Gomora's tail with a mixture of weaponry and tactics.
  • Sphere Gomora is able to take blows from Decker like they were nothing, and hit back twice as hard. It's only when Kanata can finally use Strong Type does he turn the tides. He's eventually able to put down the horned beast with a powerful, flaming punch!

Episode 4: The Destructive Monster Awakens
  • Mons-Ahgar makes its grand return after 25 years of absence and is just as tough as ever. It even has a collapsible version of Mons-Ahgar II's head shield, requiring Decker to find a way through it.
  • Hanejiro gets one when he successfully combines the GUTS Falcon and GUTS Hawk into the GUTS Gryphon, while controlling both planes at the same time.
  • How Mons-Ahgar is defeated deserves mention. Decker pokes its eyes to stun it, disabling the head shield, then delivers a flaming axe kick to its weak point, complete with an impressive freeze frame where he's backed by an explosion of fire before the kick connects. Then Hanejiro comes in with the GUTS Gryphon and shoots a Gryphon Talon Beam into the weak point, completely destroying the monster.

Episode 6: Subterranean Monster Appears! And Appears!
  • As this episode's title foreshadows, subterranean monsters other than Pagos make an appearance, with Gudon, Telesdon and a colony of Twin Tails appearing one after another to gang up on Decker.
  • Agira makes his return and destroys Telesdon with a single Dash Attack, demonstrating that he's no pushover despite his weaker impression compared to the other Capsule Monsters.
  • Ryumon displays his tactical genius by planting a neutrino marker on Pagos, allowing the Nursedessei to aim and fire its Maxima Nurse Cannon from the sky to obliterate Pagos and the colony of Twin Tails.
  • After using it to spare Eleking last episode, Decker shows off the destructive power of his Miracle Type by using a portal to warp himself and Gudon up into the sky, then firing a Revolium Wave in free-fall to defeat the subterranean monster. He caps all of this off with a dramatic landing kicking up a lot of dirt.

Episode 7: The Light of Hope from the Red Planet
  • Kengo and Trigger are back! And our hero demonstrates he's not gotten rusty after a decade of peace, being able to defeat a whole swat of Sphere soldiers to protect a small refuge in the Mars Colony.
  • The other GUTS-Select members don't stay too far behind, they've taken up matters into their own hands to protect the Mars Colony despite being cut off from the greater organization in resources and manpower. We see that Tatsumi and Akito are outright aiding Kengo while Nanase and Tesshin are helping civilians offscreen and with everyone knowing Kengo's identity they are even more of a team than ever before; the only members missing are Yuna and Marluru who are stranded on Earth instead, and both are also stated to be doing their part in fighting the Spheres with Kengo expecting to meet her on his travel to Earth.
  • With little effort, Akito makes a Sphere Dimension Card that lets Trigger escape the Mars Colony and cross the otherwise indestructible Sphere barrier, granted Akito states that it is unstable and can't be used too much before it stops working but being able to create the card alone and with his limited resources on the Mars Colony is still a very admirable feat.
  • Trigger arrives on Earth and quickly saves Decker from Sphere-Megalothor's tentacles when his successor is cornered and restrained. With an effective and quick type change he is able to fend off the threat and force Megalothor to retreat for the time being.
  • Kengo and Trigger's double rise is a sight to behold, with Decker emerging first followed by Trigger and both voices of transformation taking turns to announce the heroes' appearance.

Episode 8: Light and Darkness, Again
  • With help from the residual power of Yuzare within Yuna, Decker in Miracle Type uses his willpower to free Carmeara from Sphere-Megalothor's body. Kanata quoting Asuka's catchphrase as he does so is the icing on the cake.
Kanata: My real fight starts from here!
  • Carmeara finally gets her redemption. Once she's set free from Sphere-Megalothor, she joins in the fight alongside Trigger and Decker, culminating in a triple finishing beam move that finishes off the monster for good. This also has shades of the "Reinforcements from the Future" two-part crossover, where Ransik also got his redemption by participating in the fight against the Mut-Orgs, and who's the director in both crossovers? Koichi Sakamoto.

Episode 9: Standing Tall for Someone Special
  • Gregore Grace showing of his strength by fighting against Red King and forcing the skull monster to retreat despite already being past his prime.
  • Decker using the Ultra Dual Sword for the first time and using it to summon all his Dimension Card Monsters at once in order to get Grace away from Sphere Red King's explosion.

    Episode 10: Man and Monster
  • In an awesome Shout-Out to Godzilla (2014), Neomegas displays its strength by firing its Breath Weapon down King Gesura's throat, obliterating it within seconds.
  • The entirety of Decker's battle against Neomegas is filled with cool moments thanks to the excellent fight choreography and visual effects, emphasising that the bioweapon kaiju is a foe equal in strength to Decker, if not more:
    • The fight starts with Decker carrying Sawa in his palm confronting Neomegas carrying Shigenaga in its hand, a cinematic shot perfectly symbolising the two kaiju biologists' clashing ideologies and setting the mood for the fight.
    • Sawa destroys the pendant Shigenaga uses to control Neomegas, only for Shigenaga to reveal that the pendant also suppresses Neomegas' latent power; sure enough, the previously sluggish bioweapon promptly becomes a devastating Lightning Bruiser and forces Decker on the defensive.
    • As a testament to his growing skill, Decker uses the movements for charging up his Solgent Ray to parry Neomegas' strikes before firing it at point blank. The monster returns in kind by engaging in a Beam-O-War with Decker and winning the clash, engulfing Decker in a fiery explosion. However, Hanejiro arrives with the GUTS Hawk in time and docks the jet to Decker's back as a makeshift jet pack, emerging out of the flames like a phoenix rising from its ashes.
    • Decker delivers the finishing blow by turning into Strong Type, detaching himself from the GUTS Hawk and launching himself at Neomegas at full speed with a fiery punch. Impressively, the kaiju goes down fighting and clamps its jaws down on Decker's shoulder, refusing to let go until it gets obliterated in a fiery explosion.

Episode 14: Birth of a Dark God
  • The cold open shows Decker and Terraphaser have become a competent duo and have defeated countless monsters easily. Shame Asakage's machination ensues this wouldn't last.
  • This episode reveals that Kanata isn't the only host of Decker, as another host appears in pursuit of Asakage and transforms in Kanata's stead to fight Terraphaser and Spheresaurus. He manages to steal the show by being a huge badass:
    • His fighting style as Decker is showy yet highly skilled, bringing to mind Gregore/Imitation Dyna's fighting style. The first action he does after transforming is to taunt his opponents with a smug Bring It.
    • He offers a glimpse at Decker's true potential by managing to fight Terraphaser, a robot designed to kill Decker, and an empowered Spheresaurus that had been giving Kanata a hard time, to a standstill. He also shows mastery over Decker's form changes, using a Doppelgänger Spin technique in Miracle Type to overwhelm Terraphaser.
    • Even the Dimension Card Monsters are empowered under this host's command, as they go from being summoned for a single attack to being able to restrain Spheresaurus while Decker focuses on Terraphaser; it takes Terraphaser's charged attack using the Eleking Dimension Card to take them out.

Episode 15: A Promise for Tomorrow
  • The episode starts by showing that the future Decker's Beam-O-War with the TR Mega Buster ended in a draw, confirming that his variation of the Solgent Ray is stronger than the original.
  • Kanata seems to have learned a few tricks from seeing the future Decker fight in the last episode, as when he transforms into Decker he uses the same trick of using Miracle Type to teleport before switching to Strong Type to deliver a blow to Terraphaser.
  • The debut of Ultraman Decker's Dynamic Type form and he starts things off by wiping the floor with Agams' prized Terraphaser, who is beginning to have a Villainous Breakdown and the Spheres resulting in the destruction of Spheresaurus again and Terraphaser that finishes with a satisfying explosion of the latter to end it.

Episode 19: Warriors on the Moon
  • Now trapped in space and with no logical way to currently get back to Earth, an already low on energy Kanata looks to be stuck facing the wrath of the Sphere. Thankfully, Kengo arrives in the nick of time.
  • The human sized fight within the Moon base, giving us some idea of what both New Generation Heroes can do at a smaller size.
  • Kengo keeps fighting the rogue guard robots even before transforming into Trigger, including doing a backflip mid-air before his transformation. Even better, the way the scene is shot indicates that it was not a stunt double, but Raiga Terasaka doing his own stunts.
  • *EVERYTHING* with the battle against Galactron Mk. 2' but a special shoutout to the double rise with Dynamic Type Decker and Glitter Eternity!

Episode 21: The Price of Prosperity
  • Three words.... WOW WOW DYNA!
  • Dyna's Ultra-Fork is way more impressive in this series, with an explosion spontaneously appearing behind him before he pitches the energy ball at Terraphaser, saving Decker from its TR Mega-Buster.
  • Dyna fires his Solgent Beam at Sphere-Geomos point-blank, destroying the absorption organ on its chest and allowing Decker to finish it off.

Episode 22: The Fall of Bazdo
  • As terrifying and tragic as it is, Decker's and Terraphaser's clash in this episode is nothing short of amazing, as both fighters demonstrate the true extent of their power as they reduce the city they're fighting in into a mere smoldering crater, wrecking everything with the residual energy of their attacks and clashes. By the end both Agams and Decker so thoroughly exhaust themselves that they are reduced to simply cleanly punching each other through Terraphaser and Decker before collapsing from exhaustion.

Episode 23: The Sky of Despair
  • Decker Dynamic is overwhelmed by the resurrected Sphere Gomora, Sphere Red King and Sphere Neomegas who relentlessly assault him over and over until his timer blinks; but Kanata refuses to give up despite the odds and channels his power into a Heroic Second Wind which he uses to summon both the Shield Calibur and the Ultra Dual Sword, using the former to trap Gomora and Red King into a quick barrage of slash attacks before bisecting Neomegas with a combined attack from both weapons, destroying all three quickly. It's lessened by Terraphaser defeating him in his wounded state right after, but regardless is an amazing way to showcase Kanata's/Decker's growth and skill.
  • The episode ends with Mother Spheresaurus emerging at last while Trigger immediately transforms into Glitter Trigger Eternity and charges without any hestitation against the strongest Sphere monster.

Episode 24: The End of a Dream
  • Kanata finally gets through to Agams and makes him see the error of his ways when he brings up his real motivations for helping the Sphere. Agams solidifies his redemption when he aids Decker against the Sphere barrier, using his powers as Terraphaser to destroy the pillars holding it up, freeing Earth at last from the Spheres' control. Both Kanata and Agams deservedly celebrate their victory.
  • Mother Spheresaurus makes her proper debut on Earth holding a completely defeated and battered Glitter Eternity Trigger before casually tossing him aside and delivering the mother of all Curb-Stomp Battles to Decker, Trigger (again) and Terraphaser, concluding in her definite victory as she even destroys Kanata's D-Flasher from the sheer power of her beam.

Episode 25: The Light Far Beyond
  • Despite all that happened last episode, GUTS-Select still manages to reorganize themselves for the final battle, quickly repairing the Nursedessei, GUTS Falcon and GUTS Hawk then reactivating the downed Terraphaser to command all four machines at once to finally defeat the Mother Spheresaurus. And no member sits out of the finale on ground level outside of Kengo once he does his part in the plan, everyone from Cpt. Murahoshi to Sawa to Kirino to Ryumon and Hanejiro takes part in the action; with Murahoshi and Sawa piloting the Nursedessei, Kirino the GUTS Falcon, Ryumon the GUTS Hawk and Hanejiro once again after so long piloting Terraphaser all while Kengo transforms into Trigger to extract the Eternity Core energy from Mother Spheresaurus by attacking her core area to restore Kanata's light.
  • Mother Spheresaurus successfully traps the GUTS-Select members and prepares to assimilate them, trying to brainwash them into following her commands by claiming she'd end all suffering once she assimilates them and all lifeforms, but Kanata refuses to listen to her words and heed her commands, instead using his will to fight to motivate himself to break free of the control and help the other members do so as well, allowing them to repel the Sphere trying to assimilate them and finally freeing themselves for the proper final round.
  • Said final round has all of the team contributing to the ultimate victory with each member dealing damage to Mother Spheresaurus' core well enough until it finally begins to crack and shatter; then Decker comes in his Flash Type and uses a fully powered Selgend Beam to finally end Mother Spheresaurus, he even gains a Glitter form coated in pure golden energy just like Ultraman Tiga in his finale.
