* ''TheInspectorLynleyMysteries''' DS Barbara Havers - played by SharonSmall, she of the heart-shaped face and enormous green eyes - ''definitely'' qualifies as this, particularly since she is a "puppy" [[TheWoobie the world keeps kicking]]. Of course, unlike most kicked puppies, [[JerkassWoobie she]] [[{{Tsundere}} bites back]]... but she [[CharacterDevelopment gets over that]] eventually. ([[DeadpanSnarker Well]], [[SarcasticDevotee mostly]].) And that doesn't stop her 'kicked puppy look' from being one of the most effective on television.

** Abed should also count, him being socially awkward and weird, not helping on the fact that he appears to be rather young(early 20's) everyone in the group seemed to be protective of him, or at the very least not make target him when they get into a fight, a lot of girls also ended up getting crushes on him do to finding him adorable and his aloofness reminding them of their dad.

** Topher Brink. He may be amoral and occasionally arrogant, but his awkward nerd tendencies, coupled with his decent looks, make him *adorable*.

* Ambassador Delenn from ''Series/BabylonFive'', despite being one of the most powerful sentient beings in the galaxy and more than capable of commanding a war fleet, can turn absolutely [[CuteKitten kittenish]]. Witness her private moments with [[OfficialCouple John]] [[OneTrueLove Sheridan]], or any time she embarks on a passionately idealistic speech. This fits with her role as TheHeart, as she is easily the most dreamy, romantic character on the show. MiraFurlan's dreamy green eyes don't hurt, nor does the fact that her nose goes all adorably wrinkled when she's confused or [[WhenSheSmiles smiling]].

* On ''DaddysDaughters'', ChildProdigy [[http://www.papinydochki.ru/wp-content/photos/Galina_Sergeevna_small.jpg Galina]] [[http://www.papinydochki.ru/wp-content/photos/liza_arzamasova.jpg Sergeevna]] (LizaArzamasova) is a realistic-looking example of MoeMoe. * [[ElisabethMoss Peggy Olsen]] on ''MadMen''; even when she becomes successful, she's just so damn adorable, you want to hold her in your arms and never let go.

* ''Sometimes'' Shawn Hunter from BoyMeetsWorld, but ''especially'' [[WholesomeCrossdresser when he's 'Veronica']] in ''Chick Like Me'' (S4E15). She's just so shy and so happy to hear how pretty she is.
** And Eric Matthews. Amazingly, another example of becoming more Moe [[WholesomeCrossdresser when he's ''Chantelle'']] in ''What A Drag'' (S7E11). She's so sad when she is told that she's ugly, she actually cries for days until Topanga (not knowing Chantelle is Eric) says she has 'a beautiful spirit' after she gives her good relationship advice.

* [[ActionGirl Parker]], from ''Series/{{Leverage}}''. Partially as a result of her obviously TroubledPast and partially as a result of her endearing CloudCuckooLander qualities, Parker's emotional pain seems to set off protective instincts in the entire team. [[{{Badass}} Eliot]] even offers to kill a charlatan psychic for making her cry.

* Mei/Pteraranger from ''KyoryuSentaiZyuranger''. A pure-hearted, sweet, kind WarriorPrincess who also possesses a high-pitched voice that would belong to a {{Moe}} character in anime, even though [[CuteButCacophonic it might get on your nerves]] sometimes. Interesting that her ''Series/MightyMorphinPowerRangers'' counterpart is a hot MsFanservice instead.
