* ADateWithRosiePalms: He uses up a lot of tissues relieving his... tension.

* BalancedHarem: At the start, he has never seen the girls before in his life, so he must court them equally. [[spoiler:Things get less balanced as the series goes on, with [[TheOjou Miyu]] and [[ShrinkingViolet Kaede]] seemingly pulling ahead. However, while it looks like Shinichirou will choose Miyu during the last few chapters, he ultimately doesn't choose anyone]].

* AccidentalPervert: [[{{Meganekko}} Midori]] gets it out of the way with [[FuroScene Ye Olde Walkeing Inn On His Bathe Scene]]. [[spoiler: However, both are embarrassed, no-one gets {{megaton punch}}ed, and his frank and heartfelt apology means she has gotten over her nervousness around him as a result.]]

The school even has a tradition called a "Sister Vow", ostensibly where students pledge to enter into [[RomanticTwoGirlFriendship Romantic Two-Girl Friendships]] with each other, but of course appears to be a pretense for them to hook up.

* RealityEnsues: Shinichirou feels pressured by their declaration that they chose him, and quickly catches on to the possibility of the girls liking him solely for his money. Also, despite the maid implications, he has to do the chores alongside them.

* ADayInTheLimelight: A couple of chapters focus on Shinichirou's friends Shindou and Takumi [[YourCheatingHeart being two-timed]] by Midori's friend Fuyu.

* YourCheatingHeart: Midori's friend Fuyu starts sleeping with both Shindou and Takumi behind the others back. [[{{Hypocrite}} Shinichirou]] also tends to accuse the girls of cheating on him if he suspects them being attracted to another guy.

* WeddingDay: An entire volume focuses on the main cast attending Shinichirou's brother's wedding.

* {{Hypocrite}}: Whenever Shinichirou suspects that one of the girls may be attracted to someone else, he accuses them of cheating on him, in spite of the fact that he's pretty happy to fool around with all of them. In his defense, he does recognize how he doesn't have a leg to stand on.

** There's also a very brief moment between [[LesYay Kaede and Ai]]. After Ai thanks Kaede for helping her with her chores, they hold hands while staring into each other's eyes and blushing.

* {{Ecchi}}: Shinichirou is not allowed to have sex with the girls; this doesn't exclude ''everything else''. Technically, he shouldn't even touch them, but the girls have other ideas.

* AllJustADream: Over two chapters, each other girls have dreams about Shinichirou in various romantic (and [[EroticDream sexual]]) scenarios. The only exceptions are Nana, who dreams about being trapped somewhever before encountering a mystery man, and Miyu, who dreams about her wedding to Shinichirou being interrupted by someone.

* SiblingTriangle: Shinichirou's brother Yuichirou eventually falls for [[spoiler:Miyu]]. There's also some brief ShipTease between Nana and the eldest brother Genichirou, but he disappears after the Yuichirou wedding arc and nothing ever comes of it.
