Note that one person's Troperiffic is another person's [=~Cliché Storm~=], although most Troperiffic works have a certain level of Lampshade Hanging, sarcasm, or underlying love for the genre the work exists in. That, and RuleOfCool in COPIOUS amounts.

** Even the characters from the additional material are Troperiffic: The Administrator is an EvilOverlord with shades of TheChessmaster, her BeleaguedAssistant Miss Pauling displays clear HartmanHips, Saxton Hale is TestosteronePoisoning personified. The [=TF2=] blog paints Robin Walker as TheUmbridge over the leaked "Meet The Spy" video (firing everyone except a FunnyForeigner) and the rest of the [=TF2=] team as a mixture of BrilliantButLazy, {{Cloudcuckoolander}}s and {{Genius Ditz}}es.

* ''StarWars''. The BigBad is [[TheManBehindTheMan not really the Big Bad]], but he [[TheStarscream tries to overthrow the Big Bad]] [[WeCanRuleTogether using Luke]]. TheHero has his [[TheChick princess]], but they're {{twin|cest}}s. Then we have Obi-Wan, who is TheObiWan, and Darth Vader was APupilOfMineUntilHeToTurnedEvil. Boba Fett and Wedge Antilles are [[EnsembleDarkhorse so awesome, who needs characterization?]] And then we have Han Solo, who embodies all the Old West tropes, all the way down to [[strike:Space Tonto]] Chewbacca. The Death Star delivers an [[EarthShatteringKaboom Alderaan-shattering kaboom]]. And [[RockBeatsLaser the Empire will be defeated by Ewoks]]. And of course [[LaserBlades "lazerswords" [sic].]] Then we have the prequels, with blatant EthnicScrappy Jar Jar Binks, a literal {{Space Jew|s}} named Watto, THE GeorgeLucasLoveStory because LoveMakesYouEvil and TheDarkSideWillMakeYouForget, and as many political tropes as you can drop in a movie that makes over $100 million.

* ''{{Glee}}'', in that it relies heavily on plot cliche`s and a very large amount of character tropes. It's quite predictable, but never completely in the way you'd expect.

* Everything by the [[http://www.youtube.com/user/duncanbros Duncan Bros]]. Their hallmark is a short movies of around 5 mins which takes on a given genre and crams in as many tropes and clichés from the genre as possible while still being very funny.

* ''{{Bayonetta}}'' omnivorously gobbles up every action game trope, cliche and visual flourish of the past twenty-five years and synthesises them into something uniquely mad.

* The producers of ''MagicalGirlLyricalNanoha'' are big SuperRobot fans, which explains the [[TropeOverdosed sheer number of tropes]] that the franchise has utilized.

*** In fact, it got so bad that the sheer length of the MassEffect page ''[[BeyondTheImpossible broke the wiki]]'' and had to be split.

** ''{{Homestuck}}'', the MSPaintAdventures currently in progress, does the same thing for simulation games, fantasy, and sci-fi that ''Problem Sleuth'' did for adventure games, noir, and Anime-style action. Many time travel tropes, a jillion different kinds of AppliedPhlebotinum, video game themed {{technobabble}}, characters with increasingly bizarre traits, and a great big heaping of TropesOfLegend all mix together with a great soundtrack and whimsical art style into the one of the most Troperiffic things in existence. The main work page itself [TroperCriticalMass became so long]] that the tropes listed had to be put into folders!

** ''{{Homestuck}}'', the MSPaintAdventures currently in progress, does the same thing for simulation games, fantasy, and sci-fi that ''Problem Sleuth'' did for adventure games, noir, and Anime-style action. Many time travel tropes, a jillion different kinds of AppliedPhlebotinum, video game themed {{technobabble}}, characters with increasingly bizarre traits, and a great big heaping of TropesOfLegend all mix together with a great soundtrack and whimsical art style into the one of the most Troperiffic things in existence.

** Actually, pretty much the whole TalesSeries could fit in the trope. They combine bizillions of tropes with some well-calculated unexpected twists and/or original ways of presenting those tropes. And, ironically, thanks to that they manage to pull off some great, hard-to-forget stories. In other words, they know very well what they're doing.

* ''[[KyonBigDamnHero Kyon: Big Damn Hero]]'' is a ''[[HaruhiSuzumiya Haruhi]]'' and Tvtropes crossover. Yes, a series already on this list has been crossed over with this site.

While some works love PlayingWithATrope and others are so lacking in self-awareness that they play everything painfully straight, there are some gems that take delight in their tropes and then turn them UpToEleven. This is especially common in [[{{Reconstruction}} Reconstructions]], where all the narrative conventions that made the genre fun are present in full (and generally goofy) force. The [[ShellShockedSenior grizzled veteran]] will [[HeroicSacrifice jump on a grenade]]. The KidHero will find that last bit of HeroicWillpower to fight off TheVirus and vanquish the [[SealedEvilinaCan newly freed]] BigBad once and for all. The seven [[MacGuffin Runes of Borax]] will be gathered when the planets are aligned to free the [[CosmicHorror Ultimate Evil]] who will inevitably [[EvilIsNotAToy turn on the evil overlord]].
