"Rocky" is just a stack of rocks, being voiced by a [[SanitySlippage currently insane]] Pinkie Pie. When they run into the extremely manly [[spoiler:Kagachi]], Roger somehow puts a bra and makeup on him...[[{{Irony}} and he lapses into and out of this trope before and after the confrontation.]]
