[[folder:Jeremy Spacehawk]]Captain on the Archius XI. Jeremy is a Human. Ever since he was a small boy, Jeremy has always wanted to be a captain of a space crew. In 2367, at the age of 17, he entered the Salvation Space Industry Academy and spent 5 years studying. He wasn't a Captain till he had his own crew and ship. He had a hard time finding either of those and, after 2 years of no luck, was about to give up and just stay as a Vice-Captain. Just as he was about to sign the forms to stay as a Vice-Captain, in 2380, it was reported that the previous Captain of Archius XI was about to retire. After hearing this, Jeremy and some friends who work in the higher ups at the Academy decided to offer Jeremy's services to Archius XI as a Captain.

[[folder:Lion]]Senior Enforcer and Weapons Technician on the Archius XI. Lion is a sentient robot, formerly a human. Formerly known as Leon Eastlindht, he was once a capable leader of a small special forces group specializing in neutralizing interstellar terror organizations. One mission however caused him to fall victim to what seemed like an endless coma. Finally, a brilliant scientist managed to construct a way of transferring a persons mind into another body. In Leon's case, it would be into the mind of a prototype special-forces robot. When he finally woke up, he was told the news about his second in command's unfortunate death after struggling for several hours. Leon, now called Lion, left the special forces after a honorable discharge and spent years freelancing as a bodyguard for the top-dogs of the Sol system. Full of sorrow, every job was now a distraction to keep him from thinking about the painful past.

* BizarreAlienBiology: The Sanghvi are a species that are actually crystal lifeforms called "cores" that reside within their "shells". A construct that is used for whatever purpose the greater hive needs. They can range from the anywhere from the mantis-like hunters to the spider-like guards.
* DoomedHometown: Born and raised in a small Sanghvi colony called Solari until it was destroyed during the war between the Protectorate and United Galactic Community.
* MyGreatestFailure: Its action to straggle [[spoiler: Iska]] has caused several members in the crew to distrust it over the pass weeks and resulted a large TraumaCongaLine until it finally had the guts to apologize for her. Eventually [[spoiler: Iska thanks Viper for making such a move.]]

Then, it happens again and he almost kills an important teammate, leading to him being stripped of his rank and dismissed from service. That's not even mentioning the fact that he's been declared a traitor by his own people.
* OneGenderRace: The Sanghvi are a mono-sex species.
* PronounTrouble: Viper comes from a race with a single sex. Despite the character's use of a female voice, any time Viper is mentioned in narration pronouns are avoided entirely.
* RankUp: Inverted when Viper stepped down from its position as Chief of Security and resigned from its duties on the Archius. Invoked once Viper returned to the position.
* WeCanRebuildHim: After a harrowing life-saving surgery at the hands of Joseph, Viper is rehabilitated by a robotic suit designed by the engineering team to actually enhance its abilities.
* YouCantGoHomeAgain: Home space, at the very least. Due to the Sanghvi's hatred of the UGC races and their war with them, a number of Sanghvi (including Viper) fought on the UGC side and have been declared as traitors by the majority of the Sanghvi. Most of the Sanghvi that returned home after the war were killed within a week, making Viper decide to stay enlisted within the UGC to avoid any Sanghvi.

* {{Badass}}: Arguably the biggest one out of the crew, it only helps more that he's a trained soldier then became a robot.
* BewareTheNiceOnes: Lion is a very friendly person to get to know, however, hurt his friends or crew and you'll seriously asking to get killed.
* BrainUploading: How he ultimately became a robot.
* CodeName: He received the codename Big Cat [[spoiler: during the period when Lion and Dwan "died", by Dwan's suggestion.]]
* DrinkOrder: Because he's a robot, he usually orders Syntholeum, a synthetic oil drink.
* HonorBeforeReason: Being a former Sol Special Forces member, he truly believes that honor is what makes a soldier. [[spoiler: This would have ultimately been his downfall had Dwan didn't came in to save him from the Hanza Fuels bomb.]]
* [[spoiler: PutOnABus]]: Following the events of the State Security arc, [[spoiler: Lion and Dwan escaped certain death by escaping via Dwan's caldic powers. However, to everyone else, they appeared to have died. Because of one of Dwan's personal policies, it is unlikely for them to return.]]
** [[spoiler: TheBusCameBack]]: [[spoiler: However, Lion managed to convince Dwan to return to the universe of the RP. Because of their unique situation, they gathered some info to help their crew before returning to the Archius. It doesn't help that their crew doesn't trust them because of their disappearance.]]
* NeckSnap: Does this to a couple of pirates.
* SuperPrototype: His robot body, needless to say it improves his abilities.
* [[spoiler: TooGoodForThisSinfulEarth]]: Ultimately, Lion is the most selfless caring man out of all of the crew. [[spoiler: Unfortunately this Galaxy isn't. If Dwan wasn't there then he would have died plain and simple.]]
* WallOfWeapons: Has one in the Armory.
* WalkingArmory: Carries a hefty load of weapons ranging from bullets, lasers, to energy. Doesn't help he designs weapons for the crew.
* WasOnceAMan: Once a man until he was put in an indefinite coma. His only option was to transfer his mind onto a Unit.[[/folder]]

[[folder:Varn Merner]]Enforcer on the Archius XI. Varn's species is unknown. [[spoiler: It would later be revealed that he's a Madacherib.]] He is a member of the "Boome Marines" mercenary unit. The Merc was hired to help security as a part of a deal his bosses managed to work out, the details being still unknown to him. He was meant to join the rest of the crew on board of the Archius XI, but couldn't make it due to him getting blackout drunk the night before the launch. The resent commotion woke him up in the archives for some reason, and, to his horror, he realized he will probably make a bad first impression to his crew mates and probably hinder his secondary objective, which is to spread the good word of the Boome Marines throughout the galaxy.
* [[spoiler: ArtificialHuman]]
* DrinkOrder: He's fond of the Jedi Mind Trick.
* [[HiredGuns Hired Gun]]: He sure has a lot of loyalty for a hired gun.
* RankUp: Following Viper's resignation, he was temporarily promoted to Head of Security by suggestion of Lion. Subverted when Viper eventually returned to the position.[[/folder]]

[[folder:Derrick "Sledge" Hammer]]Enforcer on the Archius XI. Sledge is a Human. On Terra, he was a formidable champion of a street thug, making most of his living through bloodsport. His nickname coming from his preferred weapon of choice, Sledge paved his way to notoriety with shattered bones and bruised organs. Sledge is looking for any reason to put more distance between himself and his pursuers.
* AfraidOfTheirOwnStrength: When he meets Squish, the Feeblian.
* TheAllSolvingHammer: Lampshaded by Sledge himself.
* BoisterousBruiser
* CantHoldHisLiquor: One of the first things Sledge does after boarding the Archius XI is slam three of the bar's [[GargleBlaster Gargle Blasters]] and then puke his guts out in his quarters.
* CoolPet: Hercules, his pet Dracobin.
* DropTheHammer
* DualWielding: After he gets the LWA Crusher.
* DumbMuscle: He's not exactly the brightest of the crew. Yanim takes note why couldn't he enhance his own brain instead of his own muscles.
* ExoticWeaponSupremacy: Justified in that his sledgehammer, the Workmaster T-8200, is a high-powered tool specialized for ''demolition'', even sporting a built in kinetic amplifier. Sledge even remarks that the T-8200 is so powerful [[AwesomeButImpractical that the average user risks tearing their arms out of their sockets from the recoil]].
** Notably, Sledge isn't [[MadeOfIron an average user]].
* {{Hammerspace}}: Played for laughs during the killer tomato fight, when Sledge spontaneously produces several bags of flour for Squish's plan.
** Averted with his actual hammers, which Sledge usually keeps holstered on his waist.
* IronButtMonkey: Sometimes justified by Sledge's [[MusclesAreMeaningful tough-guy physique]]. Other times, he's just [[RealMenGetShot too macho]] to admit when he's really injured.
* LargeHam
* SwissArmyWeapon: Sledge's hammer is capable of becoming any of a number of different tools, though he prefers to keep it in its sledgehammer form.
* UnreliableNarrator: The reliability of Sledge's narration varies from slight embellishment to BlatantLies.
* WalkingShirtlessScene: Seen without a shirt on after the Bug Hunt Arc.
* WeaponOfChoice: A Sledgehammer. [[/folder]]

Ever since the PTO was forcibly dissolved by the UGC for violation of Article 431, he has been working as a mercenary, magazine model and others. He values his beauty and physical appearance above everything else. Zarbon is mistakenly thought to be gay, amongst those he have worked with, due to the frequent sexual innuendos that he makes, most, if not all of which he's oblivious to. Despite this, he's stated that he is, in fact, straight. He actually has a girlfriend that he maintains a long-distance relationship with through ooVoo, although his previous employer is convinced that she's named Chuck. Zarbon can transform into a more powerful form, though he doesn't enjoy doing so because of his second form's hideous appearance. He also claims that the personality that comes with it is completely different from his normal self. However, a previous acquaintance claimed that Zarbon's second form, in which he immediately says that he's going to rape him, isn't all that different from Zarbon's usual ambiguous self and only a lot less subtle.
* CampStraight: He claims to have a girlfriend, though his previous employer is convinced "she" is named Chuck.
* CaptainErsatz: Of Zarbon from Dragon Ball Z, though it seems he's more based on his Abridged counterpart.
* DoubleEntendre: Lives off these.
* [[spoiler: CharacterDeath]]: [[spoiler: He quickly meets his demise at the hands of Sertum.]]
* LockedOutOfTheLoop: Has ''no clue'' that people think he's gay.
* MistakenForGay: Thanks to his constant use of DoubleEntendre and effeminate appearance.

!!Science Personnel
[[folder:Arthur Beasley]]Genetics Scientist and Head of Science on the Archius XI. Arthur is a Human. Born in the United Kingdom, growing up with a great interest in human, animal and alien biology alike. Arthur received his Doctorate at quite a young age, specializing in genetics and becoming a fully fledged scientist soon after. 8 years ago however, Arthur's sanity took a turn for the worse. Becoming obsessed with splicing technologies and the perfection of the human body, Arthur begun using his position to procure more and more animals to test on. after trying to splice a chicken and a cow together with horrible results, Arthur was stripped of his job and banned from practicing biology for life when caught in the midst of a kidnapping. Arthur confessed his motives were to create a human-dog hybrid. He was soon ridiculed and assumed to be some kind of crazy furry by society. Arthur disappeared to Europe many years ago, his record mysteriously being wiped clean after a cyber attack on the servers that kept his criminal records on file. [[spoiler: At the end of the Bug Hunt arc, we would find out that, after suffering some serious SanitySlippage, Arthur fled to mainland Europe and fell in with some big name criminals, setting up a new identity and becoming a contractor, using his skills when needed.]] Arthur has now managed to get a job aboard the Archius XI, his employers none the wiser about his history. Arthur intends to use the ship as an opportunity to continue his studies without scrutiny.
* DrinkOrder: When he isn't doing his RunningGag with Dwan, he usually orders a Mudslide.
* ForScience: His excuse for gene splicing others.
* FromNobodyToNightmare: Arthur was just an ordinary scientist who earned his Doctorate. Later however after his "incident" with a kidnapping, he was made fun of by society and later [[spoiler: fled to Mainland Europe, becoming one of the top contractors of Europe with big-time criminals.]]
* {{Hypocrite}}: He criticizes Yanim's reason for wanting to reverse engineer Crimson Son's technology in order to save their lives from threats but he in reply "makes us no better than pirates." Considering the fact this is a guy who gene splices Dogs, Cats, Humans etc, [[spoiler: worked for high time criminals before]] and even uses ColdBloodedTorture [[spoiler: to get information from a Crimson Son assassin.]]
* {{Jerkass}}: He's sometimes rude and puts on a polite gentleman attitude as a facade. But whenever he sees Squish, then he's full on {{Jerkass}}.
* KindheartedCatLover: He has a Sphynx cat.
* MadScientist: Downplayed, he's easily a man who likes to experiment, but he doesn't go in the play to experiment with his crewmates.
* MysteriousPast: Though, one could assume how Arthur's record on Terra was wiped. [[spoiler: Some of this is revealed at the end of the Bug Hunt arc, to scare Perra into submission. Later, he revealed more of his past to Dwan.]]
* RankUp: He was permanently named Head of Science following his excellent work as temporary Head of Science.
* SanitySlippage: The reason why he experiments and gene splices. We aren't given an exact reason why he got this though.
* [[spoiler: SecretIdentity: During his time in mainland Europe, he set up a new identity, naming himself Endarth, after an ancestor of his.]]
* TheSpock: He's this as Jeremy is TheKirk while Yanim is TheMcCoy.[[/folder]]

[[folder:Squish]]Biologist on the Archius XI. Squish is a Feeblian. He hunches down and throws slaps randomly in the air at the mere sight of danger. He was an exceptionally frail Feeblian born on the planet Meek. Like all Feeblians, they study life, but at a distance. They have exceptional allergies and cannot stand being among plant life too long. It is the Feeblian dream to one day overcome their severe allergies and walk among nature. Their race might one day become strong after several generations that create habitats and thrive in nature. Squish aspires to one day find a way to relieve the Feeblian race of this curse, so he set out to study the many different life forms of other planets.
* BizarreAlienBiology: He is a Feeblian, a very frail and feeble lifeform.

* PlotAllergy
* SicklyNeuroticGeek: Squish's entire race is like this.[[/folder]]

[[folder:Joseph Heilburg]]Doctor on the Archius XI. Joseph is a Human. Raised in Germany, Terra during an era when the Hippocratic oath had been downgraded to an optional Hippocratic suggestion. He considers healing a generally unintended side effect of satisfying his own morbid curiosity. What he lacks in compassion for the sick, respect for human dignity, and any sort of verifiable formal training in medicine, Joseph more than made up for with a bottomless supply of giant needles and a trembling enthusiasm for plunging them into exposed flesh. While he may have a tenuous adherence to medical ethics, he is nonetheless one of the best doctors aboard the Archius XI, maybe even the best in the Galaxy. Just be sure to check that your skeleton is still inside your body after an operation.
* CaptainErsatz: Of the Medic from Team Fortress 2. He even uses the non-canon name that was briefly given to him by Gaming Heads.
* HerrDoktor: Has a German Accent.
* KindheartedCatLover: Inverted. He tries to get away from a Norwegian Forest. He would later name it Smuggles.
* MadScientist: Like Arthur, it's downplayed. He's not really working for bad guys nor evil.[[/folder]]

[[folder:Jordon Freeman]]Scientist on the Archius XI. Jordon is a Human. He is a professional scientist who graduated from M.I.T. He was recently employed in a government research facility by the name of White Mesa, but he was quickly terminated after he was the cause of mass-destruction of facility equipment and multiple personal injures while under the hallucinogenic effects of Oxycontin. Jordon, who is now desperate for a job, decided to board the Archius XI as a scientist hoping to get another foot-hold on the market.
* CaptainErsatz: Of Gordon Freeman.
* MadScientist: Downplayed like the others. [[/folder]]

[[folder:Khaen-suas]]Scientist and Scribe on the Archius XI. Khaen-suas is a Lepidopteran, a Lep for short. Having lived on the Golden Pharancy homeworld up until adulthood, he left to seek out job opportunities sometime around 2381 right after he got his communication implants installed. After about a year of serving on multiple exploration vessels he shows talent as a data specialist and zoological researcher. Short for change, yet wanting to ultimately enroll at the Galactic Academy of Sciences, he finds work on the Archius XI in the listings.[[/folder]]

[[folder:Nycho Shayus]]Scientist on the Archius XI. Nycho is a Ayr. Born the 12th child of one of Ayr's famed intergalactic explorer, Tordo Shayus, she grew up with her father's and her brother's stories about ancient artifacts, and would later accompany them on some of the journeys. With both her father and brother in respected seats within the Explorer's Guild, her Majesty's favorite guild, she quickly earned a name for herself. With royal recommendations and an impressive record in her field, Harken Saw had taken interest of adding her to the crew of the Archius to help with their mission and further his own agenda.
* {{Telepathy}}[[/folder]]

[[folder:Jeb Jackson]]Morale Specialist on the Archius XI. Jeb is a Human. Hailing from the rural American South, he assumed that his dream of becoming a race car driver at the age of 18 would be quite simple. What he didn't realize was that a malfunctioning fuel intake, a lit match, and a roaming hamster would lead to an early injury laden crash before the green flag ever flew. From the trauma of the crash and the resulting string of failures that the incident caused, Jeb attempts to console himself by helping people with their problems. To this day, however, seeing a match or a hamster still causes flashbacks. Jeb is an amicable person who is best described as a mixture between Mr. Rogers and Jimmy Gibbs. Jr.
* NoodleIncident: The crash that put Jeb out of racing.
* TheShrink: His profession's ambiguous name has lead to him being called that.[[/folder]]

!!Engineering Personnel
[[folder:Yanim Terika/Sidikan]]Maintenance Technician and Head of Engineering on the Archius XI. Yanim is a Kanad. Upon reaching adulthood, she enrolled in the State Naval College of the Sciences with the intent to become an engineer, but was unable to fare in the high-level courses. Instead, she refocused into ship maintenance and graduated the program after two years.
* BeneathTheMask: Until the Gadon arc, Yanim concealed her volatile and vulnerable inner self from her crewmates. She continues to be extremely careful, [[spoiler: even after opening up to Iska]].
* [[spoiler: DeathFakedForYou]]: [[spoiler: After Dwan retrieved the files that Yanim had purged from the Archius, he wrote in a new line saying that she had died in combat. Those who don't know have no clue that she's still alive.]]
* DontYouDarePityMe: She hates to even ''appear'' vulnerable and resents help from others, even when she truly needs it.
* DressedToKill: She wears a fashionable [[BadassLongcoat black pea coat]], a [[IconicItem purple scarf]] and thigh high boots into combat, and strives to keep them as clean and professional-looking as possible.
* DrinkOrder: She usually orders a Rum & Coke.
* {{Escapist}}: Her motivation for joining foreign trade ships and taking part in dangerous missions.
* InSeriesNickname: Two examples.
** Iska initially called Yanim "Ice Princess" as an insult. [[InsultOfEndearment Later, it became more of an affectionate nickname]], and on one occasion Yanim comically uses it to refer to herself while heavily drugged.
** Dwan began calling her Senilmika [[spoiler: (troubled one in Kanad), after [[DeathFakedForYou declaring her dead.]]]]
* TheMcCoy: Initially she was TheSpock same as Arthur until she grew fondness over the crew, then she developed into TheMcCoy.
* [[spoiler: MeaningfulRename]]: [[spoiler: In order to distance herself from the Archius following her departure, she adopted the surname Terika, after a Kanad folk story.]]
* TheNapoleon: Stands at 5 feet tall and spits vile at a whim. Her entire race is like this.
* NoBiochemicalBarriers: Zigzagged, wears a mask to filter out "toxic" oxygen, but has no problem eating "bland" human food.
* [[spoiler: OptOut]]: [[spoiler: [[TraumaCongaLine After being attacked by State Security, being made an outlaw, witnessing the apparent deaths of Lion and Dwan, the death of Jeremy,]] [[CynicismCatalyst and then later finding Lion and Dwan alive,]] [[EtTuBrute concluding that they must have betrayed the crew,]] Yanim crosses the DespairEventHorizon, leaves the crew, and promptly descends into [[AntiVillain antivillainy.]]]]
* PardonMyKlingon: Yanim will lapse into swearing in Kanad at times. During particularly vulgar moments, her translator device isn't able to keep up.
* RankUp: Following Kr's demotion, Yanim applied for the vacant position of Head of Engineering. Jeremy decided to give the job to her.
* SmugStraightEdge: Initially played straight, [[SmokingIsNotCool given her utter condemnation of smoking]], but later played for laughs. In fact, Yanim loves her vices so much [[HookersAndBlow when she's off the clock]] that it's possible she only hates smoking because she's [[GreenEyedMonster incapable of doing it]].
* TheSquadette: Until the recruitment of Iska, Yanim was the sole female member of a 16-person crew.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Kr'fernir]]Engineering Technician on the Archius XI. Kr'fernir is a Turl'nr. Kr'fernir has grown up living in ships and working in and around their systems. He started life in the rad-incubators of a colony ship sent out on a millennia-long mission to another world. His ship arrived at its destination to find that the world that was supposed to be theirs was already colonized by a species that called themselves 'Humans'. After a very long and boring series of events, he wound up serving on their ships.
* BizarreAlienBiology: Kr'fernir is a Turl'nr, a lifeform which subsists primarily on radiation and mineral intake.
* DrinkOrder: He orders, in his own words, a "chlorine and silicate powder mix in a diluted hydrochloric acid mix". In LaymansTerms, that's chlorine, powdered glass and diluted hydrochloric acid. Dwan calls it a "Turnir".
* RankUp: Inverted. Due to a lack of communication with the rest of the engineering personnel, as well as general inactivity, Jeremy demoted Kr from his position as Head of Engineering.[[/folder]]

[[folder:John Riker]]Chief Atmospheric Technician on the Archius XI. John is a partially augmented Human. Ever since he was a little boy, he had always been fascinated by electronics. So fascinated, in fact, that he went to college for computer engineering technology. Unfortunately, he was unlucky enough to be shot in the head, twice, during an armed robbery. He remained in cryogenic storage for 6 and a half years, until he was subject to experimental cyber-augmentation technology which restored his brain functionality. With a lack of experience in the field, and having not completed his degree, he remained unemployed until he was recruited by a black market ship. John studied under the Chief Atmospheric Technician, learning much in the way of atmospheric systems. Even though the pay was good, the job was dirty; Three years after John had been recruited, the Chief Atmospheric Technician was killed during (ironically) an atmospheric leak. Being the most qualified, John stepped up. And so he remained the Chief Atmospheric Technician, for ten years. That is, until the ship exploded after a highly explosive payload made its way into the engine room on 150 pounds of missile. Luckily, John was servicing the escape pod ventilation system, and was the first, and last one off the ship. Who knows how long has passed since then, while John has remained frozen in his pod, floating in deep space. Perhaps a stray ship might find him, or perhaps not.
* BadassTransplant: His augments.
* {{Cyborg}}
* DrinkOrder: He enjoys lager.
* HumanPopsicle
* [[spoiler: CharacterDeath]]: [[spoiler: He quickly meets his demise as he scans through the sands, only to get bombed by an Alpha Sister.]]

[[folder:Turatko]]Engineering Technician and Machinist on the Archius XI. Turatko is a Rwadi. Turatko was born in a bustling metropolis, its mercilessness a defining feature of his childhood. Never a bad student, never first in class, Turatko would often do the bare minimal to pass. After receiving his technician's certification he left home in order to search for a job and his own place in the world. A plain, knowledgeable guy, he is rather intelligent but does not apply himself greatly to anything, often coming off as lazy or worse.
* BizarreAlienBiology: The Rwadi excrete slightly more matter than they consume, causing them to shrink constantly and cap their lifespans at a moderate 50 years.
* BadassTransplant: To compensate for their biology, the Rwadi are often seen with "boosters", a power-glove like device with a retractable hand on the end. This device is hooked to the specimen's nerves to allow manipulation like it were their own hand in order to reach objects otherwise unreachable. The species as a whole has great emphasis on synthesizing beverages as a cultural tradition. [[/folder]]

[[folder:Dolosus Zushiki]]Computer Engineer and Electronic Warfare Specialist on the Archius XI. Dolosus is a Neo-Human. Dolosus was born on Tetrum IX while its government was trialling a cybernetics subsidy program, to encourage usage of ethical and safe technology implants. Being one of the rare few (legal) Neo-Humans, Dolosus was offered highly-paid work as a technician with the Tetrum Defence Forces. The TDF preferred non-lethal warfare, and the best conflicts were the ones where the enemy targeting systems simply stopped working. As the TDF amassed a huge library of pre-made hacks that worked well enough against the various local pirates, Dolosus was left useless and resigned. He had accumulated a large amount of electronic military surplus and sold it to cottage spaceship builders. Dolosus left for the inner worlds and found work on Archius XI during a drinking game.
* BadassTransplant: Dolosus received a calculator implant that runs off body heat, enabling him to crunch numbers as quickly as he imagines them.
* DrinkOrder: He usually orders a White Rum & Coke.
* [[{{Cyborg}} Neo-Human]] [[/folder]]

[[folder:Iska Volgrim]]Engineer on the Archius XI. Iska is a Khergian. She was born the only daughter of the clans Weaponsmith. Helping her father, she learned a great deal about mechanics. During a longer peacetime, her father urged her to go see the galaxy and get off Rigel. Seeking work as an engineer, landing a job was fairly easy. Iska is often very reserved and mostly speak when she has something to say. Her engineering is that of a Khergian warcrafter; innovative and crude but strangely reliable.
* DrinkOrder: She enjoys bloodmoon strong and shot orlok.
* TheEngineer: Her profession.
* HulkSpeak: Whenever she speaks in Human tongue.
* StatuesqueStunner: Her picture from full view has a height of 7'5 feet.[[/folder]]

[[folder:Pippin Falk]]Engineer on the Archius XI. Pippin is a Human. Born on a colony world, he always had a fascination with the cosmos. He grew up well educated and was well treated. After he finished his high school education, he left his homeworld to further his education. He would finished his college education and, after two years, end up traveling with his friends, after they had saved up enough money to get their own small ship. He would travel with them for two years, enjoying life, before the group decided to give it a break, which he had accepted. This would leading him to look for a new job. Finally, after a few years, he found his way onto the Archius and joined its crew. Being only an amateur, as he was more of an apprentice engineer, Pippin took any opportunity available to learn from the other members of the crew, spending most of his time trying to help the crew in any way he can.
* TheApprentice: Pippin is learning and improving all of his skills.
* TheIdealist: Pippin believes in the good of others and that the galaxy can be a better place.
* NiceGuy: Pippin is very friendly and tends to be kind.

[[folder:Isaac Devol]]Robotics on the Archius XI. Issac is a Human. Born and raised on a mining outpost at the outer asteroid field in the Milky Way system, early on he had a fascination for robotics. His fascination just grew after he started helping his father at the mining site where they mainly used robots for drilling and extraction. Isaac is very resourceful since he was used to handle situation without proper equipment or preparation and on the go quick-fixes. After several years of digging in the same holes and fixing the same robot units with the occasional robot augments fixes, he had enough. He had heard that there was a ship set for exploration of the unknown with state of the art robotics on board. With little hope of actually being able to join the crew he send in an application. To his surprise, they accepted him. Without hesitation, he packed his tools and took the first transport ship he could find to join the Archius XI. What unexplored adventures lies ahead?[[/folder]]

This left him being a generally jolly and kind person. He also learned how to wait, due to being the youngest. He eventually left home at the age of 16 to go to the finest culinary school in the galaxy. After 8 years of hard work, he graduated at the top of his class, however heavily in debt. This meant he needed to get a job, and what better job than to work as the Head Chef on a space ship! However, he didn't come alone. He brought with him his best friend in the whole galaxy, Jingles the Cat! Kind, jolly, patient, and a bit simple, Otso is happy to just be around others and is more than willing to show it through giving extra food and talking to someone in their time of need. [[folder:François D'arragant]]Food Critic on the Archius XI. François is a Human. François comes from the most glorious nation on the homeworld, or so he claims. Born into a privileged, comfortable life, he grew up facing no real hardships, as his desires were as limitless as his parent's bank accounts. One night, on his sixteenth birthday, as his mommy tucked him into bed, he decided he was going to be the best food critic that ever lived, the fresh lasting taste of wine and caviar in his mouth pushing him to the conclusion. Even though François had no remarkable skills whatsoever, his enormous compensative ego did not go unnoticed in his journey to achieve his dreams, and he found himself at the head of a popular reality internet show, attracting a large audience all over the homeworld and the colonies whom needed their fix of watching someone get grilled and torn to pieces for preparing shit food. As his own personal wealth rose, a small spark of ambition and intelligence, as well as tamed genius began to grow inside François at the idea of alien civilizations being constantly discovered, still very unfamiliar and foreign to humans. He would go out and explore and taste all of this new alien food and then bring it home to Terra to introduce it to human civilization. He would be figurehead of the next chapter in culinary history. To accomplish this, he boarded and joined the crew of the Archius XI with a number of attendants and servants in tow, his purpose clear.
* CausticCritic: Amusingly, his last name could be interpreted as arrogant.[[/folder]]

!!Basic Personnel
[[folder:Pyrovik Bjordizane]]Hair Dresser on the Archius XI. Pyrovik is a Human. When the adult crew of the ship was arrested for possession of high quantities of synthetic hallucinogens, the only person sober enough to fly the ship was Pyrovik, given their intoxicated nature. A small regional conflict led to a series of chance encounters. Pyrovik took the helm of a so called "suicide boat" (one manned small arms, small fueled space craft). Upon returning from an assault, Pyrovik was immediately promoted. No one had ever returned from piloting a suicide boat. In the next four days (the full duration of the conflict), Pyrovik lead a squad to twenty victories and scored 75 recorded kills. After the conflict, Pyrovik was employed as a fighter pilot for hire with five further contracted kills. Problem is, Pyrovik never wanted to be a fighter pilot. He wanted to be a hair dresser.
* DrinkOrder: Pyrovik usually orders asterudor, which is ethically sourced asteroid water.
* [[SpacePeople Space Person]]: Having been brought up on a hippy-universe-traversing-solar-sail space craft.[[/folder]]

[[folder:Dwan Theidrum-Ascedor]]Bartender on the Archius XI. Dwan is suspected to be human, but no one is sure. He is an unknown individual. Nobody knows where he comes from. No one is sure of his race, but he looks like a human with dwarfism. [[spoiler: He comes from another universe, where magic exists. His magic, which is genetic, allows him to use a incantation that allows for interuniversal travel. At the age of 22, he was kicked out by his parents, receiving a tome. By his parents' insistence, he went on a life adventure, in order to find his own purpose, get married, have children and become immortal (in that order). In the 10 years he has been adventuring, he has had many ups and downs along the way. Bartending is his way of relaxation.]] He just appeared at the Archius XI one day, asking for a job. He was offered the position to work as a bartender and he accepted it. With red hair and a big, braided beard, he operates the bar, despite not liking the taste of alcoholic beverages. He's known for his stories, which even aliens have described as "other worldly". He keeps his own gun in case things go badly and he's generally seen as a person who doesn't run away from danger.
* BadassBeard: [[spoiler: Being a dwarf blesses him with this.]]
* TheBartender
* CodeName: He received the codename Revolver Gnome [[spoiler: during the period when Lion and Dwan "died", by his own suggestion.]]
* TheConfidant: Being TheBartender graces him with this.
* DopeSlap: Does this to Sledge.
* DrinkOrder: He's usually seen with either a Piñita colada or Raktajino.
* EmbarrassingNickname: Because of his less than perfect Kanad speak, he called himself a "barjogger". Lion and Yanim like to call him that occasionally.
* InsistentTerminology: He's quite insistent on using the words caldiur and caldury.
* KeepingSecretsSucks: [[spoiler: Having told an altered version of his past to Arthur in order to avoid blurting the "truth".]]
* MysteriousPast: [[spoiler: Zigzagged when Dwan told Arthur an altered version of his past, in order to avoid telling him the "truth". Eventually subverted when he revealed a more fuller version of his past to Lion.]]
* [[OurDwarvesAreAllTheSame Our Dwarves Are Different]]: [[spoiler: Genetically, he is majorly Dwarf, but has some Demon in him (which explain why he has powers) and a bit of Human in him. Ancestrally, he seems to come from VideoGame/{{Sacred}}, if we look at his cannon and the name of his revolver. However, he doesn't seem to speak in an Nordic accent nor does he like alcohol.]]
* [[PenName Pseudonym]]: Dvajn Karlsson and Dwayne Carlson.
* [[spoiler: PutOnABus]]: Following the events of the State Security arc, [[spoiler: Dwan and Lion escaped certain death by escaping via Dwan's caldic powers.
* TheReveal: [[spoiler: He finally revealed the truth behind himself to Lion while on Duroma.]]
* SeriousBusiness: He takes his job '''very seriously'''.
* TheShrink: While Jeb is the crew's "technical shrink", Dwan serves as one too, especially when Jeb is unavailable.
* StraightMan: Could be seen as this.
* TheTeetotaler: But he does have experience taste-testing alcoholic drinks to check if they are up to standards.
* [[spoiler: [[DimensionalTraveler Universe Traveler]]]]
* [[spoiler: WhamLine]]: [[spoiler: "I'm not from this universe."]]
* [[WhyDidItHaveToBeSnakes Why Did It Have To Be Tendrils?]][[/folder]]

[[folder:Saint Tussor]]Pet Keeper on the Archius XI. Tussor is a mutated Human. Born from odd, uneducated farm folk, he only learned about the outside world when he first attended school. His behavior, love for animals and clear lack of "normal" looks led to an early life of discrimination. Tussor's academics were never very good, and he couldn't get superior education. So, he works as a pet trainer. When opportunity decided to smile at him, he found a job aboard the Archius XI as a pet keeper, his specialty. Introverted, self-conscious, not very bright - often confused for a robot, which offends him greatly. If there's such a thing as a scale that determines how much you want to be a certain person, he'd probably be somewhere in the middle between "absolutely not" and "no way".
* CoolPet: The only animal in the Zoologic Chamber was an extremely rare yellow-headed amazon.
* DrinkOrder: He is usually seen drinking premium alcoholic drinks, especially premium vodka, mostly because he's [[DrowningMySorrows sorta miserable]].
* [[spoiler: CharacterDeath]]: [[spoiler: He quickly meets his demise at the hands of Dirge.]]
* [[{{Mutants}} Mutant]]: He has Type 19B, a strange mutation that makes the victim resemble a marble sculpture made by humans in ancient times. Aside from the odd skin pigmentation, people suffering from this disease are otherwise perfectly normal humans. No treatment exists for this, and it's unknown if this mutation causes any more modifications to the person's body. Thankfully, the person's sensitivity to the sun and its ultraviolet rays remains unaffected.[[/folder]]

[[folder:Byron]]Janitor on the Archius XI. Byron is a Human. Born into a humble family of farmers, Byron had always strived to see what's out there for years on end. In his late 40s, his life had taken a turn for better or for worse. After being awake for a week straight binge-watching pirate films and reading pirate books while hopped up on no-drowse pills, Byron went insane and began to believe that he was one, since then he has boarded Archius XI seeking high adventure. He religiously drinks rum and enjoys a good fight, and views swabbing the deck as honest hard work.
* AxCrazy
* DrinkOrder: He religiously drinks rum.
* [[OneHitKill One-Hit Knockout]]: Byron does this to François.
* {{Pirate}}: He thinks he's one.[[/folder]]

[[folder:Zach Bringer]]Gardener on the Archius XI. Zach is a Human. After a rather troubled childhood which involved getting expelled from multiple schools and eventually being put into a foster home, Zach found that only the cactus in his room seemed to understand him. From that day onwards he devoted his life to plants, taking great care of them and telling them all of his troubles. He rose through the ranks and became known for growing crops which produced much more food than normal. His secret? Talking to them.
* [[DarkAndTroubledPast Troubled Childhood]][[/folder]]

[[folder:Colin Oxfon]]Scribe on the Archius XI. Colin is a Human. Colin was born into a family that originally disliked the concept of children and for the first few years of his life, only his mother cared for him. When his mother and father passed away when he was young, his uncle took it upon himself to look after Colin. Due to his uncle being a merchant, Colin grew up hearing constantly about money and "trade", allowing himself to understand it at an older age much quicker. He expressed an interest in literature at a young age and he told his uncle he wished to be an author.
* DrinkOrder: He usually just orders water, but occasionally has a Gin & Tonic. [[/folder]]

!!Staff Members and Other
[[folder:[=DomeEval=]]]The AI of the Archius XI.[[/folder]]

[[folder:Jingles]]Otso's pet Cat.[[/folder]]

[[folder:Sheila]][[/folder]]

[[folder:Andronicus/The Sentinel]]A test robot for the Sentinel Project. He is later named as Andronicus. Andronicus is later identified as a self-learning AI.
* ArtificialIntelligence: Andronicus reveals to have this when he's seen at the bar with Yanim and Dwan.
* InstantAIJustAddWater
* LightningBruiser: It's notably faster and built for strength, an example would be tackling [[spoiler: Viper due to strangling Iska.]]
* MeaningfulName: Andronicus is a Greek name, meaning "male warrior". Being a robot build for combat, the name fits. It also sounds a lot like android.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Skada]]Yanim's robotic fox, which she built as both a companion as well as an assistant which carries tools and follows orders.
* ActionPet: Skada goes into battle when Yanim does, carrying her guns on his back.
* ShoePhone: He is sometimes used to eavesdrop on barroom conversations Yanim isn't present for by discretely taping the audio.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Hercules]]Sledge's pet Dracobin, gifted to him by Harken Saw.
* BadassAdorable
* BigEater: Moreover, no matter how much they eat, they never gain in mass or size or have to defecate. The mechanics of [[BlackHoleBelly how this works]] aren't well known.
* BilingualDialogue: Hercules can understand English to an extent, but can only make [[StarfishLanguage clicking and yelping noises in return]].
* BizarreAlienBiology: Dracobins eventually take on the qualities of whatever they eat. Since they can metabolize just about anything, this could lead to some very interesting changes. Sledge mentions that another Dracobin owner fed his pet nothing but stainless steel to turn it metallic and silver and briefly muses doing the same with Hercules and gold or diamonds.
* EverythingsBetterWithDinosaurs
* ExtremeOmnivore: Dracobins can eat and completely metabolize just about anything.
* HorseOfADifferentColor: Sledge is seen riding Hercules in a couple of scenes.
* InstantAwesomeJustAddDragons
* NoConservationOfEnergy: Lampshaded by Pippin when told about the Dracobins' eating habits.

[[folder:Snufflebuns]]An intelligent cat Arthur Beasley created as a personal project.[[/folder]]

!Non-Archius Characters
!!Antagonists

[[folder:The Crimson Son]]A powerful syndicate throughout the systems. Their presence is heard of in stories or genuine encounters. [[spoiler: They finally appear near the end of the Gadon Arc, marking the Crew's first encounter with them.]]

Also known as the Crimus.
* AlwaysABiggerFish: This is what happens to the [[spoiler: Divinity Creed as they make them flee in the Gadon Arc. From then on, they're the enemies.]]
* AmbiguousRobots: Their assassins in the [[spoiler: Gadon Arc.]]
* BadassArmy: They're considered one when the CEO of an NGOSuperpower company is genuinely serious about them.
* BigBad: There are other threats looming throughout the Galaxy, but in this story they are this for the entire game.
* BlackMarket: They dominate multiple of them.
* CurbstompBattle: They deliver this to the [[spoiler: Divinity Creed plus the Archius Crew. It was clear both were outnumbered and outgunned, the ambush certainly didn't help either. The battle got so bad that it made both factions retreat.]]
* DangerouslyGenreSavvy: Where to begin? They make sure that brain implants on their soldiers self-destruct when pulled out to prevent anyone from stealing their technology. Their soldiers commit suicide to prevent capture from others. [[spoiler:They wait for the opportunity to strike when Archius Crew gets swarmed by bugs and the Divinity Creed.]] They also sabotage [=HarkArk=]'s manufacture factories to decrease their production.
* {{Doom Troops}}: They wear intimidating armor that make the Divinity Creed's look poor in comparison.
* TheDreaded: Almost everybody in the story has heard rumors about them and no doubt believe they are threatening enough to show they are a force to be reckoned with.
* EliteMooks: The Crimson Elite.
* [[spoiler: The Empire]]: [[spoiler: Revealed when Dwan realizes the Crimus has a working population and infrastructure.]]
* [[spoiler: HiddenArmyReveal]]: When bad transforms into worst, the Archius Ground Team on Gadon [[spoiler: meets them by this and they're ''surrounded.'']]
* HumongousMecha: The Daedalus.
* InvisibilityCloak: Each soldier sports one.
* KillItWithFire: Their Flamethrower Units.
* KnightOfCerebus: Throughout the story the crew easily handles their enemies with ease but when [[spoiler: they appear in the Gadon Arc, everything turns to a darker mood. One of their assassins even attempted to kill Viper and nearly succeeds.]]
* NGOSuperpower: They carried a hefty amount of ships during [[spoiler: Gadon]], they dominate the BlackMarket, being able to pay many mercs and even mobilized their own elite troops at the battlefield. [[spoiler: Ultimately subverted, they're not actually a syndicate. They're a Regime.]]
* NoWaterProofingInTheFuture: Their cloaking technology may be advanced into the future, but they still short circuit when it comes to contact with water.
* ObviouslyEvil: You would be plain wrong to think that they look like nice and gentle people. [[spoiler: Turns out they're more gray than they appear initally.]]
* OverarchingVillain
* PortalNetwork: Specifically the Synergy Network allows them to travel around the Galaxy without the usage of FTL or regular travel. Hence why they are everywhere at the same time.
* RedAndBlackAndEvilAllOver: Their ships and uniforms contain this trope.
* TheSyndicate: Harken Saw calls them ''the'' syndicate. [[spoiler: Later subverted.]]
* [[spoiler: Underground City]]: [[spoiler: Sector 4, the real Zeruel.]]

!Sylvia Alria
A standard Crimson Brigade soldier who was stationed at Sector 1 in case any intruders trespassed. [[spoiler: Archius at their arrival kills her fiancé.]]
* {{Badass}}: Undeniably, many of Archius's foes were experienced killers and soldiers. Unlike them Sylvia is just a 19 year old who's two months pregnant and is just going into combat her first time. What happens when her [[spoiler: fiancé gets killed?]] She literally wipes the floor of the crew single-handedly.
* BadassNormal: Compared to other people like the Auditors, Syncs, and Crimson Elite she's only a Brigade soldier.
* BattleTrophy: Gets one after [[spoiler: cutting Lion's faceplate off.]]
* BerserkMode: She goes ballistic when her [[spoiler: fiancé goes down along with several of her comrades.]]

* GoodOldFisticuffs: Decides to change to melee and kick the crap out of Archius.
* PregnantBadass: See above.
* RoaringRampageofRevenge: An odd example, she doesn't want to kill Lion for killing her [[spoiler: fiancé.]] Instead she wants to embarrass him in front of his friends. [[spoiler: She did.]]
* YouBastard: Says this to the Archius when they killed several of her comrades, not to mention [[spoiler:fiancé.]]

!Archer Havoc
Another Brigade soldier who originally fought the Archius Crew back at [[spoiler: Gadon.]] He then meets up with two Instigators Deadeye and Storm Tornado.

* BadassNormal: He manages to go through hell and back at the battle of [[spoiler: Zeruel and able to escape alive.]]
* MauveShirt: Becomes one by the time the Crimson Arc rolls out.
* PunchClockVillain: Havoc at best is only a soldier protecting [[spoiler: people of the Crimus.]]

!Deadeye
An operative ordered to kill [[spoiler: Harkark High Command.]] He's partnered up with Storm Tornado and is planning to hitch a ride out.
* {{Badass}}: Responsible for killing a group of commanders at Fort Blaze and carrying the position of Instigator.
* ClassifiedInformation: His excuse to prevent others from knowing about his mission and personal infomation.
* FriendlySniper: Carries a sniper while also being laidback and offering Archer a guide out of the battlefield.
* TheIdealist: Regardless of what's happening at [[spoiler: Zeruel, which civilians are being murdered by mercenaries]] Deadeye still carries a positive attitude. He might be the only one out of the Crimus who carries this trope.
* NiceGuy: He offers Archer Havoc the option of leaving Zeruel so they can escape alive. Following this he treated him as he was already a friend.
* OnlyKnownbyTheirNickname: His nickname is a matter of secrecy and doesn't plan of spilling out his real name.

!Storm Tornado
Like Deadeye, is an operative sent out to eliminate [[spoiler: High Command at Fort Blaze.]] Partnered up with Deadeye and follows him to escape the battlefield.
* BloodKnight: Only wants to "fight" in her own words.
* {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: Acts more weird than Deadeye or Archer not to mention she speaks in short words.

[[/folder]]

[[folder:The Auditors]]Five figures who seek out the Archius XI as their personal mission after the [[spoiler:Gadon Arc.]] They serve the Crimson Son and to an extent The Richter himself.
* AmbiguouslyHuman: Judging by their appearance and abilities, it is unknown to everyone if they're actually human or just engineered aliens.
* BadassCape
* BadassCrew: Their work ethnic during the [[spoiler: massacre of the Tainted Raiders]] shows they aren't average mooks.
* {{Expy}}: All five of them serve a higher authority and wear futuristic TinTyrant armor, each vary in terms of weapon choice and appearance that it almost shows a similar substitute for the Judges of Archadia from VideoGame/FinalFantasyXII
* FiveBadBand
** Sertum - TheLeader

* DarthVaderClone: He wears [[TinTyrant imposing armor]], speaks with a [[EvilSoundsDeep deep voice]], carries a [[CoolSword sword]] with him, and serves as TheDragon to the BigBad.

He inspires his comrades to keep fighting for their survival and never give up even when all hope is lost. [[spoiler: He goes out fighting for the very thing he cared for: his people.]]
* DespairEventHorizon: Near the edge of the entire crater as he saw adeptors shoot down the aircraft containing [[spoiler: Mariahlus's children.]] Then he finally crosses this when [[spoiler: Harken Saw takes off to destroy the Oracle and the Conduit. * [[spoiler: CharacterDeath: Averted. Bruta had his head chopped clean off, but Arthur brought him back to claim his bounty, albeit with reduced mental capacity.]]
* CharacterizationMarchesOn: In the first Arc, Bruta was a AlwaysChaoticEvil pirate who threatened to blow up the Archius if he didn't get what he wanted. [[spoiler: By the time the Crimson Son Arc comes around he eases up his blood thirsty personality and becomes a bitter rogue.]]

[[folder:Perra Clarke]]
--> ''"We're both trying to get these credits because we need to survive out there. Space is a damn playground."''

Perra Clarke is a Human mercenary who offers Archius to join her crew in order to win 15 million credits. Her rough attitude along with her long red hair makes her stand out among the rest of any merc Archius encounters during the Inquisition.
* ArcVillain: Of the Bug Hunt Arc. While the Screecher Queen was the main motivation behind the Arc, it's proven Perra is the most threatening to the group.
* BadBoss: Kills one of her members and nearly attempts to kill Bubal after the Queen is captured.
* [[spoiler: BetterToDieThanBeKilled]]: It's more rather for jail reasons instead.
* BitchInSheepsClothing: Acts like a nice gal to the crew at first. Once they proceed to the caves she starts showing her true behavior.
* BuxomIsBetter: What Arthur notes after first meeting up with her.
* TheCaptain: Like Jeremy, she has a crew of her own. Though she doesn't treat them well.
* DarkActionGirl: She has a much more darker side than she lets on to Archius, including her own crew.
* DirtyCoward: Doesn't hesitate to detonate the crates of charges loaded in one of her homkah trucks so she can get away.
* EvilAllAlong: What happened to be a tough but kind merc to Archius was all a ploy just so she can get the Queen herself.
* EvilCounterpart: To Jeremy, both are captains who lead their own ships, both had unspoken plan guarantees that nearly cost them their crews, both get cocky at times, and finally both inspire their men. However, Jeremy treats and inspires his men through care and respect, while Perra treats her men like trash and through fear.
* FauxAffablyEvil: She puts on a nice gal front whenever she talks to Arthur or any of Archius, but really she's just hiding the fact she's not willing to split the credits with anyone.
* FieryRedhead: Usually has a temper when people questions her plans.
* HiredGuns: What she is along with her crew.
* {{Jerkass}}: Happens to be this, she noticeably threatens one of her crewmates to be sent to the caves first, she arms and then blows up a crewmate using charges, and she even swears at some of the Archius members when they're fighting the Screechers.
* [[spoiler: CharacterDeath]]: [[spoiler: Decided to blow herself up along with her truck.]]
* ManipulativeBitch: Manipulates the crew every chance she has while running off with the dead queen all along. They did not take kindly to this.
* MeaningfulName: Perra is a Spanish word. If you take the word "Perra" and translate it in English, you get the word "bitch". Guess what she turns out to be?
* TheMole: Turned out to be in it for herself all this time.
* [[spoiler: TakingYouWithMe]]: [[spoiler: Pulls one with plasma charges as she attempts to take some Archius members with her to hell.]]
* NeverGoingBackToPrison: What she would hate to be in when she [[spoiler: tries to pull a [[TakingYouWithMe Taking You With Me]] on Arthur]][[/folder]]

[[folder:The Divinity Creed]]A xenophobic religious extremist group, infamous within Sol. Once they were kicked out of Terra, they bought a really old shipyard on Mars, dubbing it "God's Refuge". The first ship they launched, God's Wrath, went straight to the Intergalactic Trading Colony located on the moon Titan. Following the union of Sol, the Creed was driven out of the system after the fall of their last stronghold located on Mars. The Archius Crew first encountered the Creed at Gadon, meeting the Divinity Creed's 13th Fleet.
* [[AbsoluteXenophobe Absolute Xenophobes]]: They terraform planets to rid them of xenos and fill them with humans.
* ArcVillain: Of the Gadon Arc. To an extent, Zealot Kalpyr
* BeliefMakesYouStupid: Going by Lion's statement on them.
* ChurchMilitant
* DeadlyGas: Their main expertise when it comes to killing things, they also use this for planets.
* {{Determinator}}: They rarely give up when it comes to skirmishes. In a individual example, Kalpyr displays a will so big he managed to overclock Varn's built-in-tazer system from his armor.
* DoomTroops: They essentially wear gas masks for biological gas purposes and inflict fear towards others.
* TheFaceless: They hide their faces with advanced gas masks, not one trooper is seen without one as of now.
* FantasticRacism: Literally to every race that isn't a human. If you're seen with a xeno then they will not hesitate to eliminate you or others.
* GasMaskMooks
* HomeBase: God's Refuge during the secularization of the Sol System, until they lost it at the end of the war.
* KnightTemplar: They believe they're doing a service for God and Humanity in general by exterminating all other lifeforms. The Archius Crew tends to disagree.
* LightIsNotGood: They wear white robes as an outer cloth but they kill aliens for the greater good of their religion.

!Arch-Zealot Hazadok
Currently the leader of the Divinity Creed, Hazadok is said to be one of the most extreme members of the Creed up to date.
He commands the Divinity Creed from a fortress located on the planet God's Hand III.

!Arch-Zealot Izvan
Former Arch-Zealot of the Divinity Creed, Izvan was killed in action during the siege on God's Refuge.

!Zealot Kalpyr
--> ''"I kick arse for the Lord!"''

* ArcVillain: For Duroma Arc.
* [[spoiler: CharacterDeath]]: [[spoiler: He shortly meets his demise after his failed assault on Archius. His body was left behind in the sand.]]
* RenegadeSplinterFaction: Most of the marines hate him, furious about the management he decided to start his own chapter with his Loyalists.
* TeethClenchedTeamwork: With Sasha Merner, both know they can't stand each other but they know their common enemy is Varn.[[/folder]]

[[folder:Sasha Merner]]
A female Human, she is a high ranking officer in the Alpha Sisters. She's surrounded by at least 5 other Sisters acting as her guards. She is still formidable in battle and will use civilians as human shields, if she sees the need to do it. Her sadistic nature helped her advance as one of the lead interrogators in the Alpha Sisters. Because of the Mercenary Code that was introduced 10 years ago, mercenaries can't attack and kill crews with another mercenary in it, unless a contract is issued. Still highly dangerous. She's Varn Merner's ex.

[[folder:State Security Bureau III]]
--> ''"To be clear, your mission with [=HarkArk=] ends here. We're impounding anything you have that's related to the Oracle, collecting any information you have in regards to the locations of the remaining pieces, and searching this ship for anything else you might have that we '''want.''' Space belongs to the kanads; and we aim to teach you that."''

Known to the kanads as Gaharya Kakom Vanik Rin (GKVR), Bureau III is a nearly-lawless subset of the State Security apparatus which is used by the Collective's higher echelons to suppress and control the population. The Archius Crew is briefly captured by a GKVR team lead by Colonel Vorokar Vor'Pangn while docked at Hanza Fuel Farms in an attempt to locate the remaining pieces of the Oracle while also halting [=HarkArk's=] progress in finding them.
* ArcVillain: For the State Security Arc.
* AttackOnOneIsAnAttackOnAll: Vorokar justifies breaking Yanim's ribs by insisting that a distress call issued under her watch harms his operation, "and by extension, our people."
* BlatantLies: "No harm will come to any of you so long as you're cooperative."
* CatchPhrase: Vorokar's "delightful."
* CrazyPrepared: The Colonel refused to confront the Archius until he believed there was no chance of failure. His overconfidence eventually lead to his undoing.
* EvilTwin: Lieutenant Damya looks almost identical to Yanim, aside from her shorter hair.
* FantasticRacism: Practically all of them hate humans with a passion, but Vorokar takes the cake, going so far as to outright refuse to speak their language.
* InescapableAmbush: How the blackjackets initially captured the Archius.
* MoralSociopathy: The "blackjackets" of the GKVR will stoop to any low to accomplish their task without any visible remorse
* RansackedRoom: Lieutenant Rask does this to every bedroom on the ship he gains access to in order to distress the crew.

!Wazowski
A Human who died early on during the Inquisition.

!Bubal
A Khergian who has some history with Iska.[[/folder]]

[[folder:The Terika-Belladonna Company]]Assembled by Yanim, who described them as "freelancers without an allegiance," the crew members of the smuggling ship Belladonna are cunning and dangerous criminals in search of solidarity, independence, riches, and revenge. Although hastily united in a less-than-voluntary fashion, the renegades quickly learn to get along out of necessity in a leaderless environment.

!Neasha Kyral
A Serek pilot with a talent for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. She is the rightful owner of the Belladonna, having financed it using the settlements she received from a traumatic incident which occurred aboard the ship. Desiring to retire as early as possible and to avoid endangering others, she refused to hire any assistance and took up smuggling to increase her profits. Shortly after her introduction, her ship is hijacked and she is forced to serve as a pilot for a group of self-employed soldiers of fortune.

!Virin Rozel
One of the two GKVR agents captured (but not killed) by the Archius during the State Security Arc, Virin was a Sergeant Major serving under Lieutenant Damya who was knocked unconscious and placed in the same cell as Rask. Level-headed and difficult to impress, his seriousness and skepticism combine to form checks against Yanim's volatility and Rask's devil-may-care attitude.

!Yanim Terika
The former chief engineer of the Archius, Yanim instigated the creation of the Belladonna crew after becoming convinced of foul play within the former's ranks and becoming disenchanted with the lifestyle of the law-abiding offworlder. Her unpredictability and violent outbursts frustrate her new crewmates, but her intelligence and versatility are indispensable (as is her large bank account).

Look for her folder under the "Engineering Personnel" section.

!Gataska Vor'Pangn
Originally seen by the Archius crew on Rigel, Gataska later resurfaced during the Duroma Arc, having lost her right arm and her job as a field medic consequently. A bubbly and airheaded offworlder who's far more intelligent than she appears, Gataska initially refused to join the crew due to her clean criminal record and her stance against "damned pirates." However, she changed her mind after encountering Virin, whom she immediately became enamored with.

Look for her folder under the "Offworlders" section.

!Rask Vor'Pangn
The sarcastic and mean weapons technician of the crew. Originally, he was a Lieutenant working under Colonel Vorokar during the State Security Arc before surrendering and being tortured physically and psychologically by the Archius crew as DisproportionateRetribution for ransacking their rooms and the ship's bar during the raid. His experience with Varn left him badly scarred, with a distinctive "two-faced" visage.[[/folder]]

!!Organizations
[[folder:[=HarkArk=] Corporation]]
A intergalactic megacorp led by Harken Saw. Some say that they are the perfect example of Capitalism gone extreme that influences the Galaxy to its content.

!Harken Saw
The Founder and Chairman of [=HarkArk=], the creator of the Archius Line including the main ship. Harken Saw is a mysterious man with an ambiguous background. His identity is hidden by a ballistic mask. His motivations for the crew are unclear.
* {{Asexuality}}: Is aware that Ms. Vara is interested in him, too bad he isn't interested on relationships in general.
* BenevolentBoss: Harken Saw displays shades of this when the Crew bring the [[spoiler:heart]] of the Oracle to him in one piece. He rewards them with one personal request for each member inside his office.
* CassandraTruth: Saw tried to warn just about everyone about how dangerous the Crimson Son are, but everyone outside of the Oracle affair believes they're just another syndicate and refuse to spare any forces to fight them.
* TheChessmaster: He ensures the Oracle is placed in the Archius XI, an average vessel anyone could apply so organizations such as the Crimson Son won't suspect of his shady dealings. Unfortunately, the plan doesn't go well when a sleeper agent in the Hierarchy finds out.
* CrazyPrepared: No matter how dire the situation is, Harken Saw always keeps back-up or has a plan just in case someone tries to ruin his operations.
* ColdBloodedTorture: What he does to a client consisting of a hatchet and some tweezers.
* ContemplativeBoss: He does this from time to time.
* ConsummateProfessional
* CoolMask: His mask.
* CorruptCorporateExecutive: Let's be honest, Harken Saw is far from being a honest man. His methods are questionable and there is no motive in mind what he wants with the Oracle, not to mention his torturing sessions.
* DeadpanSnarker: Spurs out his thoughts about rival companies, in a rather funny way.
* DressedToKill: He has no problem killing his enemies while wearing his suit.
* ElectronicEyes: Has one for one of his eyes.
* EstablishingCharacterMoment: Just when he looks like a professional business man that prefers to do business rather than violence he's seen torturing his "client" with a good ol' fashioned hatchet.
* EyeScream: Implied to have happened to him [[spoiler: when he tells the Sleeper Agent that he was brutally tortured once.]]
* {{Fiction 500}}: Said to pay the crew so much that they won't even have to think about their retirement days and will probably live off in mansions.
* HairTriggerTemper: Got set off when a guy named Mr. Hanks wasn't available for a lunch break due to a business trip when it was really a vacation trip.
* {{Jerkass}}: He is shown to neglect a few amount of his employees, ignoring their questions and comments.
** JerkassWithAHeartOfGold: On that note, he does pay [[spoiler: The Archius XI billions of credit in compensation.]] He's also shown to truly care for Ms. Vara, worrying about her safety.
* NGOSuperpower: Currently has a great deal of assets in his company, has a fully fledged army that sports his logo, and he even owns a space station that acts as headquarters that could rival in size for the Death Star.
* NoManShouldHaveThisPower: He ultimately decides that the [[spoiler: Oracle is too powerful for anyone to keep in their hands and so wishes to destroy it.]]
* ManOfWealthAndTaste: It's currently unclear whether he's evil or good but it is clear he sports an expensive suit along with some wine laying around in his office.
* MysteriousBacker
* MysteriousEmployer: No one in the crew doesn't have a clue what he looks like nor his personal reasons why he hired them in the first place; as far as they know he hired them to deliver the Oracle to Termina Central and that's it.
* MysteriousPast: Nobody knows his origins, [[spoiler: until he finally tells Dwan that he came from Erminglad, another universe.]]
* OblivioustoLove: Subverted, he's aware that Ms. Vara is fond of him but he isn't interested.
* ReasonableAuthorityFigure: Has hopes the crew can deliver [[spoiler: part of]] the Oracle to Termina Central.
* TheReveal: Like [[spoiler: Dwan, he's also not from this universe.]]
* SharpDressedMan: Sports a black and red suit along with gloves for that cyberpunk looks.
* UnclePennybags: Being a wealthy businessman, he is actually willing to give out the things the crew wants after completing a task.

!Nicole Vara
Harken Saw's secretary.

!Colonel Yai Vin Braun
An Omnicon that serves as a Colonel in the Privateers. He is seen giving cover for Archius once the [[spoiler: Crimson Son arrived.]]

!Major Kira Greene
A Major that serves in a hidden military installation. She is the local authority on her base.
* ActionGirl
* {{Badass}}: She was made Major and later [[spoiler: Agent of Harken Saw]] for a good reason.
* ConvenientlyAnOrphan: Considering the fact she has no [[spoiler: family to contact. It's guaranteed she doesn't have biological parents either.]]
* DefrostingIceQueen: Initially her personality acts in a professional manner, she shows no expressive emotion when it comes to her position as the commander of her asteroid base. Later on she warms up to the Crew until she basically becomes a fully fledged ally.
* DrillSergeantNasty: She plays as one when the crew trains for combat during their stay at the hidden asteroid base.
* HatesBeingTouched: Happens when Arthur touches her in the shoulder, she did not take likely to this.
* HeroicBSOD: She immediately goes silent for a while after watching [[spoiler: Jeremy die.]]
* IJustWantToBeSpecial: This is her reason why she decided to [[spoiler: join the Military. She desperately felt that no one cared who she was and just wanted to be important.]]
* MajorlyAwesome
* PerpetualFrowner: Type 3, it was noted by Jeremy that he was finally successful in making a small curve to her usual face and even then it was barely considered a smile.
* WhatTheHellHero: Scolds Jeremy for authorizing a live [[spoiler: Crimson Son soldier on his ship. Which later ends up self-destructing, causing several injuries in the medbay.]]

!Lt. General Brigg
A Lt. General in the [=HarkArk=] Privateers.

![=HarkArk=] Privateers
The Privateers are a division within the corporation that specializes in warfare. They serve as the representative in a Professional Private Military. Recruitment centers are usually located in human colonies and occasionally other civilized planets.
* PrivateMilitaryContractors
* SociopathicSoldier: Some of them aren't too kind to their enemies, preferring to shoot rather than talk.[[/folder]]

[[folder:The Lunar Children]]A radical terrorist organization that despises [=HarkArk=] as much as they despise the Sol government.
The Lunar Children currently operates from a number of covert outposts where they manufacture low-quality weapons used to fuel their radical effort to seize Luna.

!Hakon Burke
Current leader of the Lunar Children. Was nearly killed in a SSFD attack which instead claimed the lives of his wife and daughter, among others, further increasing his rage.
Former mining engineer.

!Gavin Inster
A human cyborg-convert that relayed info from the hidden [=HarkArk=] meteor base before being captured.[[/folder]]

[[folder:The Planet Trade Organization]]A former corporation owned by Frost Cold and operated by his sons, Frieza and Cooler. Taking over planets and selling them to the highest bidders, the organization was forcibly dissolved by the UGC for violation of Article 431. It is assumed that the Cold family was sent to the Intergalactic Criminal Court.[[/folder]]

!!!Kanads
[[folder:The Kanad Collective]]Based on the planet Kanadys, the Collective is a authoritarian regime created as a solution to what had been an unending cycle of conflict. Kanad society had been based around clans, allowing for large shifts in status. The Collective established three clans: the Rozels, the Vor'Pangns, and the Sidikans; as the only legitimate rulers of the planet, while subjugating all others permanently, with very few exceptions. By creating order and harnessing the production power of the entire population, the Kanads turned their fury outward and conquered several neighbors in a quest to achieve empire. Nowadays, it is more docile thanks to the United Galactic Community's presence, but still voices concerns about the rise of humanity.[[/folder]]

[[folder:Offworlders]]A small but significant portion of the kanad population, Offworlders are members of the ruling clans which decide to exit the Collective's labor pool by accepting contracts with foreign ships. Doing so is extremely risky, as the state is known to treat Offworlders with extreme suspicion and have even barred them from returning due to issues beyond their control. Offworlders are usually well-educated, trained with a rifle, but unfamiliar with the cultures of others.

!Gataska Vor'Pangn
A medical professional met by Yanim and Lion on Rigel just before the bug hunt. She lost her arm during the battle, forcing her to cancel her contract and travel to Duroma in search of work, where she later crossed paths with Yanim again. She is shown to be emotionally manipulative and favors quick, easy money over long-term commitments.

!Kagran Sidikan
One of the four Kanads encountered by the Archius crew on Rigel, hailing from a remote mining colony. Disrespectful, drug-addled and overweight, Kagran's usefulness to his crew was under suspicion by the time of the bug hunt, and this clearly resulted in insecurities which amplified his negative traits. His fate is unspecified, but it is hinted that he may have not survived that day.

!Siris Vor'Pangn
Another Offworlder encountered on Rigel, Siris was a veteran of the black fleet who was considerably older than anyone on the Archius crew. Despite his age and past injuries, he was last seen preparing for the bug hunt, carrying a rocket launcher and pistol. Siris showed special consideration of Lion's military background, earning him the ire of his contemporaries, especially Orik Rozel. His whereabouts are unknown, but given that he was from the same crew as Kagran, he likely shared the same fate.[[/folder]]

[[folder:The Black Fleet]]Known by Kanads as the Osch Batakya, this fighting force derived its name as a distinction from the existing blue navy which patrols the oceans of Kanadys. In terms of sheer numbers, the Black Fleet is possibly the largest fleet fielded by a single state in the galaxy, but this is somewhat meaningless given the wide spread of units across the Collective and surrounding states. The chief concern of the Black Fleet currently is to combat piracy, but it also serves as a tool to intimidate. The Black Fleet once razed an entire rival civilization on the planet of Koda.[[/folder]]

[[folder:State Security]]A widespread intelligence network despised by pirates, criminals, most humans, and offworlders alike. Using informants and field agents, the organization maintains an extremely low profile by blending in perfectly with groups of offworlders when collecting information. However, the SS is closely tied to the Black Fleet, and so higher ranking officers often have access to deadly force, which they apply in the pursuit of the protection of state interests, regardless of the legality involved.

!Orik Rozel
One of a number of "Offworlders" encountered by the Archius crew on Rigel, Orik collected information on the Archius due to Yanim's presence on the ship, but only submitted it later once a connection between the crew and Perra Clarke's death was made. He is shown to be judgmental and short-tempered, especially toward other kanads who are too amicable toward humans.

!Shenkada Ex Sidikan/Arkadam Sidikan
A field agent encountered by Yanim during the crew's stay on Duroma, Arkadam is an orphan who ended up working for State Security due to his caretakers' encouragement to apply his adventurous nature toward serving the Collective. On the job, he seems to model himself after James Bond, chasing women and drinking plenty of alcohol, but after a wild night taking heavy narcotics with Yanim in an ultimately redundant effort to gleam information about the Archius from her, Arkadam is fired for his unprofessional conduct. Rather than submit to the agency's demand to return home to Kanadys and live a restrained life, Arkadam chooses to reinvent himself under a false identity and flee to human space.
* MeaningfulRename: Following the incident that lead him to get fired, he reinvented himself under a new identity with the name "Shenkada Ex Sidikan". Shenkada was the name of a Vor'Pangn outlaw from a century earlier who was supposedly uncatchable and unkillable, according to urban legend, so the symbolism is obvious. The "Ex" in his name denotes that either he or an ancestor of his had been expelled or had renounced membership from the clan. This would throw off other field officers, who would probably assume his lack of records and fluency in English meant that he was a second-generation offworlder.[[/folder]]
