When Diavolo wants to deal with them, he ensures each punch from King Crimson is fatal.

* TheMole: Since he's the only one aware of Giorno wanting to kill the Boss and take over Passione.

Her Stand, Spice Girl, can soften things into rubber. It's also ''alive'' and capable of thought by itself, making it a first.

* AbusiveParents: His mother was neglectful and his stepfather beat him, which made him an ExtremeDoormat as a child. And let's not even go into detail about his real old man Dio. ** NonStandardCharacterDesign: Although everything else about him fits in with Jojo, Diavolo is the only character whose eyes are entirely too different from others. Subverted in ASB, where he's given normal grey eyes.

* ImprobableWeaponUser: A FISHING ROD. Pesci's stand is ''a fishing rod''. [[HeartIsAnAwesomePower This being JoJo, he manages to make it extremely lethal.]]

* ImprobableHairstyle: Especially by Jojo standards. His light hair clings to his head in a low number of large spirals.

* {{Determinator}}: their motto is to never back down in a fight, even in the brink of death.

* PerpetualFrowner: King Crimson will always have that "pissed off 24/7" face. Hilariously, so does the head on its forehead.

* CallBack: To the Hanged Man battle in ''Part 3'', with Abbacchio playing the Kakyoin to Fugo's Polnareff. He also greatly resembles Steely Dan from the same part.

* BareYourMidriff: Due to how is sweater is designed. [[spoiler: Helps when Diavolo needs to quickly switch.]]

* CurbStompBattle: Gives one to [[spoiler: Diavolo after Golden Experience evolves]].

* PowerNullifier: His mirror world powers effectively act as this, allowing him to separate a stand user from his Stand and rendering them completely helpless (though he can be tricked into pulling a Stand into the mirror world as Abacchio demonstrates.)

A very confident assassin, Illuso sticks to his world of mirrors when planning attacks. He attacks Giorno, Abbacchio, and Fugo while they're in Pompeii to pick up a key Diavolo left them, and while he's successful in defeating Abbachhio, [[spoiler: he becomes the only victim to Fugo's Purple Haze.]]

** SuspiciouslySimilarSubstitute: Illuso in general is a call back to J. Geil. During his fight with Fugo, Abbachio, and Giorno, only Fugo could see him at first, similar to how Polnareff was having problems proving J. Geil was attacking him. Later, in Purple Haze Feedback, [[spoiler: it's revealed he's the killer of Sheila E's sister and she was seeking revenge for it.]]

* WeakenedByTheLight: Black Sabbath dissipates if its caught in sunlight.

! Formaggio (Stand: Little Feat)

* IncredibleShrinkingMan: Little Feat can do this to both Formaggio and his targets. He can freely toggle the effect on himself. They can't.

* CharlesAtlasSuperpower: One has to wonder how exactly Polpo came to look like he does.

* HeelFaceRevolvingDoor: Discussed in All-Star Battle by the intros: when fighting his allies, Fugo will be played off for a traitor. When fighting ''Diavolo'', he'll become a traitor '''again'''.
