Following a period of such neglect, for example, Mile was tasked with helping treat a sickly girl and after devising a treatment asked the nanomachines to help make her healthy. Though she'd previously been weak even when healthy, the nanomachines quickly optimized her body to the point that she became a hunter wielding a giant pure metal war club as if it was light as a feather.
