This is probably due to its outstanding [[CulturalTranslation localized]] [[{{Woolseyism}} translation]] [[note]]to give an example of localization, on one chapter they sing [[TheSomethingSong The Ketchup Song]][[http://en.[[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Ketchup_Song]][[/note]], org/wiki/The_Ketchup_Song The Ketchup Song]][[/note]], which can be easily compared to what American Dubbers [[CulturalTranslation did with]] SamuraiPizzaCats.



The story involves Koni and his gang having lots of crazy and incoherent adventures in their equally crazy world. It's really a WidgetSeries, with NoFourthWall, and lots of LampshadeHanging and {{Parodied Trope}}s. Just to give the viewer an idea, the aforementioned adventures the protagonist have could range from fighting with their 'Lovely Teacher' and dealing with samurai fish, to kicking a can and driving a taxi, to confirming if 'The Armored Guy's' wife has an affair and saving the world.

The cast consists of five weird character that deconstruct known tropes. Koni is TheAce GodModeSue, High is your usual HotBlooded anime hero ([[TheWoobie who is always suffering one way or the other]]), Moro is MsFanservice with [[StalkerWithACrush some]] [[{{Yandere}} sort]] [[LovableSexManiac of]] [[LoveMakesYouCrazy crush]] on [[ObliviousToLove Ko]][[KavorkaMan ni]], Nari is a [[{{ItsAllAboutMe}} self centered]] [[{{ScrewTheRulesIHaveMoney}} rich guy]] with a [[{{Fetish}} fixation for rounded things]] ([[EvenTheGuysWantHim therefore, with Koni]]), and [[AndZoidberg Afro]]... the [[ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin Afro]]-dog.
