The concept is original, but it really lacks any conflict whatsoever, which makes it a wish-fulfilling and kinda boring story. And then it ends when stuff is about to happen, so I really wouldn't recommend this fic.
I guess it's the best fic of its kind, but really, muggles are usually pretty boring main characters in a world of magic unless they're buffed in other ways.
