Mostly fair. But, umm, I hope you're aware that Scotland was (and still is) part of the UK in 1918, Doctor Sleep? I really doubt that fellow Tommies would be giving Charlie a horrible time for being a Scot, especially as he's a skilled sniper. The most plausible argument for him being a woobie, of course, is his PTSD, not his heritage.
