Too Soon is no longer a trope, and it's not clear what trope this might fit:
Too Soon: May be more applicable to The BBC, who aired it, but one episode of his Comedy Shuffle — clips from Kay's shows over the years - aired in July 2017 included the entirety of a sketch that was unashamedly taking the utter piss out of the security of the Manchester Arena. This was shortly after the deadliest terror attack in the UK since 7/7; the May 2017 suicide bombing at an Ariana Grande concert at Manchester Arena. Inappropriate doesn't even cut it, whoever thought to leave that in at the BBC is getting a lot of hate mail.
It's also notable that the bumper before the show didn't give a disclaimer that it was (obviously) filmed before the attack: Another show on the same channel that aired literally the day after got a preceding "filmed live before the Grenfell Tower disaster" warning, for something as innocuous as featuring the song Bridge Over Troubled Water (a cover of which was released as the Grenfell charity single).
