Boomerang is set to air sometime this year a new Scooby-Doo cartoon call Scooby-Doo and Guess Who? Should this series premiere and not get canceled, one of the guess stars will be none other than Steve Urkel whose voice will be reprise by Jaleel White. If this is considered canon, it will mean that this iteration of Scooby-Doo exists in the DCLAU.
Not only that, but as done a few other times with Scooby-Doo, this series will have an appearance by Batman. So if the appearance of Steve Urkel is canon, this'll mean that some version of the Justice League does indeed exist in the same universe as a version of the Avengers.
