It's looking increasingly like they don't exist, since Shiva is now around Dick Grayson's age (so probably early 20s) and Steph isn't even being allowed to appear in an alternate universe Smallville comic.

Are the other two readily available? Neither Cass nor Steph have appeared, the timeline would have to be impossibly compressed to fit their respective stints as Batgirl, and it's entirely possible they don't exist in the DCnU at all.
