Okay, so, this short has gotten a bit of a problem:
Continuity Snarl: Lisa claims Homer never supports her music, when this is a bald-faced lie in the face of episodes like “Homer the Vigilante” (“Why, you monster! And you have my daughter’s saxophone too!”), “Lisa’s Sax”, and “One Fish, Two Fish, Blowfish, Blue Fish” to name a few.
While this is true, Homer has also shown contempt for Lisa's music (the example from Homer the Vigilante also had him cheering when Lisa told him her saxophone was missing and he later gives her a jug to play with instead, much to her dismay).
If anything, I feel that this should go into the YMMV section as Older Than They Think
