I don't think "World of Jerkass" really applies here. Sure, there are some jerks and some idiots, but plenty of the characters are friends and get along, and even make amends with one another.

i agree, and i'd even cast doubt on saying "almost all" residents are idiots; the majority are more quirky than anything else

So maybe Quirky Town would be much more appropriate.

You're right. It should be changed to Quirky Town. It's much more accurate.
