She doesn't really fit the bill, more like Big Bad Wannabe her goals petty at best and personal, it's also shown most of her actions beyond trying to kill Stolas are the works of her brother.

I'm trying to find a specific music track which can be heard in the series (there may actually be multiple tracks), it can be heard when Millie fights the mutant fish (s1e3), during the first confrontation with Striker (s1e5) and during the fight against the D.H.O.R.K.S. agents (s1e6). I know this site isn't the best for this kind of questions, but I don't know where else to search.
