Keep it. As GGG Man Lives said, HDTF is an insult to FP Ss, Half Life 2 and the modding community. It's no more than an artless, unprofessional asset-flip with an artificially bloated playtime designed to drain the refund timer. The only reason other youtubers have sunk money into this game is either for comparison reasons (Jarek 4's weapon showcase, Fire Flame's Source mounting videos) or to make reviews warning others not to make the same mistake (GGG, Zero Punctuation, etc.). Even the guy who made the individual "You fucked up my face" video has warned people not to by it even if it's just to meme.

Okay, do you guys think that this work is worthy of a Characters list? Because I was planning on making one right about now, just for skits and giggles, as well as to hone my trope-writing skills. If so, then in what order should the characters appear in?

I'm a bit iffy on this, because the very fact that H Dt F is a fanwork means that the characters will likely have much less tropes than those in the official source material. I'm not entirely opposed to this idea, though, so I'm willing to let it slide and see how it ends up.

Added all the tropes I could muster and came into my mind. I'm mostly just basing tropes on what I saw from video reviews, the cutscenes and etc. Because no way in hell, am I going to spend money on this.

I'm not really sure if we should keep the warning not to buy the game on the main page. It seems rather unorthodox for the site to have, and it gives the implication that the game's negative reception is 100% unanimous (which may be accurate, but I believe there may be a few people who actually like playing the game). I'd like to talk this out instead of just deleting it and potentially sparking an Edit War.
