Honestly? This sounds like a good argument for not including trivia items like Author Existence Failure until after the work is released. We're not a news site, and it's off-mission to include up-to-the-minute updates like this. Better to wait until the final work has been released so that we can write an entry with full context from the beginning instead of writing an incomplete / speculative one and then constantly updating it (or worse, not updating it, leaving an inaccurate entry on the page).
