I have never heard of "Ouch Points" or calling the GM the "Referee" in all my years familiar with this game. They've always been "Oops! Points" and the "Bartender". However, since there may be a not-so-well-known edition around, I'm gonna wait and see if any evidence can be found before just changing these on the page.
