Judging by the other person who did put that down (ironically, he also misformatted it, the explanation is part of the link, not separated by brackets), I guess the latter. Reformatted those first three sections.
Another word of advice to that guy who did that, you're not supposed to put the strip names in quotation marks.
This "clean-up" is a mess. I want to add the 5/13/14 strip (which references xkcd) on here, but I'm not sure how to format it.
Advertising, Art, and Anime (and Comic Books and part of Music, thanks to me) have a description of the strip, with the thing being Shouted-Out in bold italics.
All the rest are just the "Work, colon, strip" format, except now there is a description of the strip after.
Which is it?
