Would Studio Trigger qualify? While they don't reuse exact character designs, they do recycle character traits and aesthetic details to the point that these could be considered Recurring Elements, but I'm wondering if these could still be considered Reused Character Designs. To illustrate:
Kamina's design has been copied by Aikuro (albeit lacking the same hairstyle), Galo, and David.
A usually female (or a very androgynous Bishōnen if male) character with platinum blonde hair who acts as a potential Love Interest or The Rival to the main character, such as Nia, Diana, Nova, Lio, and Lucy.
To a lesser extent, Lucy is compared to Zero Two due to them both having the same red makeup under their eyes.
