There have been lots of edits over the Bait and Switch section here. It seems everyone has a different takeaway regarding the "most evil German" joke, though everyone agrees that making the viewer think of Hitler is part of the joke. Rather than everyone deleting everyone else's input and replacing it with their personal interpretation, I would suggest something like:
Bait and Switch: "the most evil German of all time" is...Kaiser Wilhelm II (see Alternative Joke Interpretation under YMMV)
...and then obviously that entry can be written in the YMMV section.
