Yeah, I think that the first example should go under Alternate Character Interpretation. I'm not so sure about the other two.

Well considering Dewey isn't an adult, should the one about him apply? Maybe I'm being too literal.

Well, kids can still feel mundane fears that adults go through. Like (hypothetical scenario here), your sibling is in a bad car accident or has a serious illness and nobody knows if he/she is going to live or die. That's pretty scary for anybody to go through no matter what your age is, especially if you and your sibling are kids if it happens.

I don't want to start an edit war so I won't redelete this but adult fear is first of all directed at adults so Dewey should not be there and also how is wanting to impress your parent's an adult fear? It might be worrying but fear not so much. Also the part about Scrooge fearing his parents dying to more alternate character intrepuation rather than actual facts. If a third party could at the very least throw there two cents that would be great.
