I'm not sure how this is an example of this trope. The "westerners in anime in general" bit applies, but it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the rest of the paragraph.
At the end of the Hen manga, the Schoolgirl Lesbians leave to go to America. America is the Golden Land of homosexuality in anime and manga, apparently; as this has come up in other mangas. Westerners in anime in general have a slightly better chance of not getting screwed by the plot for whatever 'unconventional' quirks they have. (The irony, of course, is that, to Western teenagers who grew up reading Boys' Love and Girls' Love, Japan is the Golden Land of homosexuality.)
