I think this should be a trivia trope. Anyone agree? If not, that's okay. I just think it fits with the others.

Given that the first paragraph of the description is that actors having ideas about their characters and discussing them is not this trope, I'm not sure about the Matt Smith example, unless there's evidence that the official story (Matt and Moff discussed various costume ideas; Moff wasn't initially sold on the bowtie, but Matt won him over) is glossing over scenes of Matt threatening to walk off set if he doesn't get to wear a bowtie, and Moffat hating it every step of the way, or something.
