Is this supposed to be someone using a different power source to copy basically the same powers, someone using the same power source to copy the powers with a twist, or using a different power source to make different powers inspired by the original? I think the middle option is the most common, but it seems weird that all three seem to be there.

Is the variation in the title supposed to refer to the power source, the power effects, or both?
