I'm fairly certain there was a rather glorious example in Babylon 5, on board a cargo ship. ISWMLE, something beginning with B. Boxes. ISWMLE something beginning with M. More boxes. ISWMLE, something beginning with E. ... and that's when I KILLED HIM your honour.
