How is the Galactic Empire more Authoritarian than the Borg Collective? I'd change it but we're talking about Star Wars and Star Trek on an internet website. I don't want to start a Flame War by changing it.

Really, the Borg Collective should be at the very bottom of this list. In fact, does a Hive Mind even belong on this list at all?

Frankly... the list so far is looking more like "Sliding Scale of Individualism and Collectivism." I don't think it's really working. At one end, surely the majority of authoritarian states through history haven't been communist, they've been absolutist monarchies, or warlord states. The level of freedom available in an Objectivist society is a bit more controversial, so I won't go into that - but my point stands.

I'd support a rename for that, as that appears to be what it's about.
