I can't remember the name of it, but I read a novel by Agatha Christie where there was one of these who thought he was Hitler, and the real Hitler switched places with him, and this led to it being possible that the main villain was actually Hitler's son? I don't remember the details, but it doesn't seem to be listed, so would someone who does know it mind adding it as an example? Or was it actually not? I'm sure it was by Agatha Christie, though.

I made this Idolized Julius Kingsley icon back when Akito first came out, and now that the crossover is actually happening, I don't care.

Both the Lugosi Dracula film and Dracula's Daughter make off hand references to "People thinking their Napoleon"
