Would Wheel of Time count as an example (Towers of Midnight spoiler btw), with Nynaeve constantly tugging her braid and then losing it in her test?

I have one (two actually): One fanfic called Forgive Us Our Trespasses has a Body Motif in the form of wrists. The Villain Protagonist freaks out when picked up by the wrist, and she's also used her heat powers to burn the wrists of another character.

The second work (in the making) is called Capillary, which uses blood as the main motif. I'm not sure if that counts, since blood isn't really a body part, but it does refer to the blood vessels from time to time (just look at the title).
