In this world, we follow the laws of thermodynamics.
In all seriousness, as a survival option it would be very shortlived. Unless you can staunch the bleeding quickly and keep yourself from going into shock, the added energy would be less than the energy expended. Add to that the fact that it would cripple you, and it's just a bad idea.
Also, I now propose renaming this article "Hanibalism".
Anybody know if this would be a legit survival option? Would it be efficient, or whatever? Thanks
