I wrote most of this page, but I haven't read 14. This is good to know. Add a spoiler tag and throw it in!
It's never outright SAID, but it's heavily implied that the patchwork man is Andrew, the zealot character from 14.
He talks about being made up from members of the others in his family (named in 14) as well as "Timothy", the "Cool Old Guy" from 14.
