At the end of The Ultimate Enemy Dark Danny is still alive, how? Wouldn't Danny Phantom preventing his loved ones and Mister Lancer from being killed erase him from existence? How exactly is he still alive in the thermos?

Another thing too is that wouldn't fighting his younger self change his timeline anyway? Say he did succeed and killed his loved ones, would Danny still become Dark Danny even knowing what happens in the future? We know Dark Danny can't kill Danny at all or his timeline is messed up, but wouldn't he not exist because a new Dark Danny would be made because of the new timeline? Does that make sense at all? Plus if Dark Danny did succeed and somehow remained alive, what would he do? Just hang out with Danny until he turned or something?

Why did Danny,Tucker,or Sam not go above the school board due to the treatment of the A-Listers vs everyone else? All they needed would be a couple of either audio or video recordings hitting the state and or news to end the double standard

How does Danny's intangibility work?
