The film has a stinger at the end of the credits where it's revealed Cutthroat is alive (or at least it shows him opening his eyes), which I catch on earlier during his death scene, he died with his eyes open, but when the camera shows him again after the Rickshaw briefing his eyes were closed. There was no indication that either Charge or Shadow closed them, so what gives? Was he the mole? Or something else? I'll go for the mole myself, maybe Rickshaw was blackmailing him by kidnapping his sister, after all, she was there too.
