Removed an entire entry because it was factually incorrect, AKA wrong. The USSC were asked to decide if a suit filed to *continue* recounts past the length of time allowed by Florida law could continue. Their decision was that the law clearly stated a limit on time for recounts for a valid reason.

Contrary to the OT's assertion, several subsequent inquiries and recounts determined that Bush had indeed garnered the most votes in Florida, albeit by a very narrow margin.
