The End is not as powerful as Negaman is making out to be, while sure it is a planet buster, there is no evidence period of it being the actual top god of the entire setting. (Also something can't be confirmed at best either it is or it isn't and unlike my later link no evidence was provided for this claim either) The End doesn't even stack itself up to all gods, just ones Sonic has fought and considering it was said the gods created both the Master Emerald and the Chaos Emeralds that further puts a dent in the End being on the top. Furthermore, Iizuka and Kishimoto are not the only offical sources out there, you can not discount the words of Ian Flynn, he was hired to make the story in the first place (Which includes the story segments of the New Horizon DLC) and he currently has a place in the group that keeps the lore and continuity straight.
