I'm considering changing Howard Blackwood's tropes. I know the idea of him having been a slave tracker or overseer is also on the SH Wiki, but I really don't think that Past Life supports that. Look at the panels◊ showing the flashback. It looks to me like he's a slave who escaped and killed an overseer in the process.
