So since this Mewtwo is voiced by a male and female at the same time, should we consider it Ambiguous Gender?

When other characters refer to Mewtwo, do they use gendered pronouns, or any pronouns at all? I'm trying to remember, but I think they just refer to Mewtwo by name, just like I did here. If there is no canon gender, and there is a possibility of it being ambiguous, I'd say it applies.
