Hi, I'm the one who made Cursed Spirits. I intended it to serve a similar purpose to the Other Demons page on Demon Slayer, which would cover all the members of the resident hostile species that aren't already covered by the main villain group.
I thought that, considering how important they all are to the story (stuff like Mahagora and the Finger-Bearers are all very plot-critical moments), Cursed Spirits deserved their own page.
I thought that I just needed to create the page and it would get filled up quite quickly, but if you think there should be a lot more examples soon, I can make the additions myself.

^ Thanks for replying. I get what you're saying. I'm just not sure if there's enough content to split this subpage from the Others section rather than, say, Culling Game Participants (which someone else suggested a while ago). Cursed Spirits may be very plot-relevant, but most of them don't receive much individual characterization.
I think we should get a couple more opinions and work towards a solution.

How about I move Cursed Spirits into Geto's Group's page and change it to "Curse Users and Cursed Spirits"?
I could also move the Shikigami to Megumi's page?

Why was Cursed Spirits split? While it's technically large enough for a page, most of the examples are about Sukuna, and many of the characters have few or no entries.
