My fellow tropers working on the "Dragons: Nine Realms" pages, I have a point I want to discuss before possibly acting on it: In the Season 8 finale which I just finished watching, Jun mentions that Tom is more like Astrid than Hiccup. Since I, and I presume you all as well, have been working under the assumption that Tom is meant to fill Hiccup's role in this show without being a carbon copy of him, I added the "Expy" trope claiming Tom to be an expy of Hiccup with notable differences. However, with this new revelation, I feel this example needs to be either reworked into a subversion or "played with"-version of the trope or removed completely. I personally would prefer the former since I think the "notable differences" portion of the example would work to highlight it but since this is OUR project, not just mine, I would like to hear what you all think and whether you would agree with such a course of action before I do any such changes. On that note, I also think the "expy" trope in Jun's folder may need to be removed. Though is already is a "played with" version. As such, it may be fine. For the time being, I hid both tropes until a consensus is reached on how to proceed. Thank you for your input.
