Can't someone move War Doctor instead I mean 11 and 12 are next in line in terms of re-generations.

I thought of that, but it had less text to move. But never mind, apparently it's actually the amount of text within a single folder, so someone fixed it by just splitting Twelve's tropes into two folders.
The folder for Twelve isn't collapsing. A Google search suggests that this is due to overall page size. Current markup size is about 67K for Eleven, 35K for War, and 98K for Twelve, so I'd suggest splitting out Twelve into a new page.
